I had the BEST experience at Lovely Bride. This was my 3rd shop I’ve been too. Going into it was feeling frustrated with the process and afraid I was never going to find the dress. Delaney was so kind and sweet but overall helpful in listening to me & figuring out what I wanted. Because I had no idea lol. I said yes to the dress & I am obsessed!!

Delaney made this experience so amazing!! While I did go with another dress from a different boutique, Delaney made me want to pick a dress from Lovely just because she was so much more helpful and understanding! She listened to exactly what I wanted/needed and made the experience so fun along the way. She has an amazing eye for accessories and style as well. If I could wear two wedding dresses I would have, simply because I loved what she picked and the way she styled me! I picked Lovely on a whim and I’m so happy I did. Request Delaney, if possible. You will not regret it.

September 2024 bride here – Highly recommend Lovely Bride. I was in a tricky predicament where I already had a dress I felt rushed into buying last fall, and I decided to come in to try another that I felt could be the real one. Delaney answered my first email and was there all the way through the process of saying yes to the right dress 🙂 I even brought in the first one to compare and discuss, which Delaney never made me feel weird about. The entire time it was so clear that Delaney genuinely wanted to help me make the best decision for me, regardless of whether she would be selling me a new dress. I’m so grateful to her for helping me get on track with the dress of my dreams.Side note – lots of great places to eat + a cool neighborhood in north park, so definitely worth making a day out of it if you live far.

This was my third bridal shop that I went to in San Diego. I went there specifically looking for Made with Love wedding dresses. The girls were so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt no pressure to make a decision. They pulled dresses that I wanted to try and pulled dresses based off of the things that I was saying while in other dresses. I could have spent an hour and a half in there (that is the only thing I would change), but I found my dress! I couldn’t be more satisfied! They also explained to me that their alterations expert was their go to seamstress and was very familiar with their dresses. I felt at ease knowing that. I can’t wait to get my dress and see it on. Lovely is defiantly a low pressure salon and not overwhelming what so ever!
Being a first time bride and this being the first time trying on wedding dresses I was so nervous. But Nicole made me feel so comfortable before i even walked through the door! She called me to confirm my appointment a few days before and we had such a lovely chat about what I’m looking for. She has dresses pick out when I got to my appointment. She listened to everything I was saying and picked dressed quickly around my comments on each dress. She found my dress without me even knowing how to describe it. She made the day so special and amazing! I had other appointments booked for the day and that none of them gave me a call and made a connection before I walked in the door and that meant so much to me. I’m not comfortable in my body so I was so nervous about my appointment. But Nicole made my day so special, and I felt so beautiful! She was she even found my vail! Such a wonderful experience and I did say yes to my dress! I would have never been able to find it without her ❤️ they even helped me cancel my other appointments once I found my dream dress!

MOH here. I cannot recommend this boutique enough. My bestie bride had an outstanding experience that exceeded the products and attitudes of all other places. The selection was unbelievable. On top of everything, they offered to pay for the cancellation fees of the other locations we reserved after she said yes to the dress at Lovely! Nicole assisted my girl with her fitting and I have to say, she was born for what she does. She made my best friend feel so heard, so beautiful, so encouraged and celebrated, especially given that trying on clothes in general is difficult for her. And the manager Delaney was so helpful. Truly, she curated a beautiful and unforgettable vibe. Seriously, can we do this again tomorrow?

I went as a bridesmaid to my brides dress fitting, Nicole and Delaney were amazing! They made us all feel so welcomed and were so good at listening to our brides likes and dislikes. Nicole was amazing at picking out dresses and showing how they could be altered, and our bride was able to find her dress there! They were so excited with us and helped us celebrate. After having a horrible experience at my previous appointment (different bridal store), I was so refreshed and excited with my experience at Lovely Bride. Delaney right away took into consideration my likes, preferences, styles, etc. and brought me so many great options (in sizes that fit me)! Delaney was also amazing at helping me narrow down my choices and listened to my feedback on each dress. I went dress shopping at this boutique this weekend and found my dream dress! Erin was my stylist and she was so fun to work with. She was knowledgable about the gowns and about the designers. I had one of my bridal appointments at Lovely with Erin and I can’t rave about her enough. Erin was so helpful and worked with my vision to try and find my dress. Though I went with another option I had my heart set on, Erin was able to get me in a dress that was a very close second and a favorite for everyone. The store has a really nice variety of options and the team was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Delaney (sp) was “the” best and attentive to the upcoming brides vision. She had her try on so many dresses outside of her wheelhouse. I believe and I’m sure Delaney will agree…it is very important to listen to the brides wishes but also provide her with ones that she would look gorgeous in. My daughter made an appointment at Lovely Bride, which was our 4th appointment in two days. We had four of us in total. Three of the four, flew in from other states and Spain for this special moment. Lovely Bride had just changed locations, only a few blocks from the original one. My daughter tried on dresses not knowing if she would be able to find her special dress. But thankfully, she was able to say “Yes, to the dress” from Lovely Bride. Not only was Delaney helpful, her charismatic personality helps put you at ease with absolutely no pressure. Our dress even came in just under $2,000! Thank you Lovely Bride! I am not able to post photos until after the wedding.
Delaney was the BEST! She goes above and beyond. My mom and I had such a good time wedding dress shopping yesterday because of her. Delaney has such a fun and friendly personality. I am the sister of the bride and my sister can be rather picky and indecisive when it comes to wedding dress shopping. Delaney made her feel so comfortable and was so hands on and explained what style would look good on her and why. She explained the whole process from start to finish and was very involved. She not only made the bride feel comfortable but all us family as well. As a result my sister found her dream dress!
I cannot thank Delaney from The Lovely Bride in San Diego enough for her help finding my dress. I had already shopped a bit, and had one bad experience at another shop when I got to my appointment. Went into Lovely Bride this weekend and it was the BEST Experience! It was my first bridal shop stop and Delayne made it the best possible day. A day before our appointment she called me to get all the details of my wedding and my vsion fro a dress. When we arrived she was warm, bubbly and welcoming. The shop is intimate and only accommodates one Bride at a time which was ideal! We had an hour and 15 minutes to try on all the dresses and accessories. Highly recommend anyone to come into Lovely Bride!!!

I can not rave enough about my experience at Lovely Bride in San Diego! I had two appointments at this bridal dress shop and both experiences were beyond perfect. Nicole was 100000% the best bridal dress stylist I ever could have asked for! My first appointment was with my best friend when she was visiting town and I was 99% sure I had found “the one” at that point! But I wanted to show my mom in-person before purchasing so I reached out to the shop again to schedule another appointment. Due to my mom’s work schedule, she was only able to visit for a few days and when I reached out to schedule an appointments for the days she would be in town, Nicole let me know that the shop would actually be closed during those days. I was absolutely devastated and 100% freaking out, but Nicole called me and CAME BACK EARLY FROM HER VACATION (I repeat, CAME BACK EARLY FROM HER VACATION) in order for me to be able to show my mom the dress in person while she was still in town!!! She said she had another bride who also needed an appointment that day (or the guilt would have really eaten me alive to cut her vacation short!), but truly – what place has that type of customer service? Needless to say, my mom loved the dress as much as I did and I knew it was 100% the one after that! I can’t say enough good things about the process at Lovely Bride. I visited 4 other bridal dress shops in total and my experience at Lovely Bride was hands down my favorite. They carry a smaller selection of designers compared to some other shops, but I feel like that really makes them know those designs inside-and-out and I was already pretty certain I wanted a Made with Love dress, so it worked out perfectly! Nicole was so knowledgeable about all of the styles and she was so kind and comforting as I tried on each design. She made me feel SO comfortable throughout the entire process, and she really has the sweetest most bubbly personality ever! Also, the shop is SO cute and is my exact style haha I just absolutely loved all the pink and how it was decorated. The dress bag is adorable, and you also get treated with a cute surprise when you purchase your dress here (I won’t spoil it!). Nicole just had the best energy ever and she was never pushy at all which also made my experience here stand out from some of the other shops. I could not recommend more highly to any brides looking for a place to shop for their wedding dress! Thank you, thank you, thank you so much Nicole and Lovely Bride!!! I am so so so grateful!

This is the third dress shop I went to in search of my perfect dress! Delaney was super kind and helpful and helped me fine the one for me. I totally was not anticipating walking out of this store finding something I would truly like as I had one I already found at another store I really liked. I told Delaney what styles I liked and after trying on each one she recommended something else. She pushed (nicely) to try on something I would not have picked out for myself. I fell in love with the dress and she just knew. Delaney is just the best and I can’t recommend this shop enough! I should add that I’m a mid-sized girly and trying on dresses can be daunting for me. I had the BEST experience at Lovely Bride, SD. I had Delany as my bridal stylist, she was super helpful and NOT pushy (which was important for me as a bride). I felt beautiful if everything she picked and wound up saying ‘YES’ to the first dress I tried on! So excited to get my dress in. I can’t recommend Delany more!
Came here for my best friends dress and had the absolute best experience. Our 3rd shop of the day, so safe to say we were EXHAUSTED. Daleny had a clear plan of action for our bride to help narrow down the styles she had already fallen to love throughout the day and provided so much structure, energy, and VIBES for the appointment that were so clearly lacking at every other bridal shop. I can’t recommend her more! She was everything we didn’t know we needed for this special day!

I had emailed some with Delaney and made an appt to come into the shop. She was timely (early) and let me in to start our appt. She had already pulled the dresses I requested to try on and even had some fun surprise styles I tried on. She was attentive and took pictures of me since I went alone and wanted to send pics to my mom and sisters to see. She was super informative regarding my measurements and giving me guidance on sizing and wasn’t pushy to make me purchase that day which was such a relief from other bridal shoppes. She called me to go over ordering details and was very patient and talked me through everything. I had a great experience and would recommend this shop to anyone. It was easy to find and Delaney gave me parking tips too. 🙂 5/5 stars
We went dress shopping for my sister today, and our stylist Delaney was just the best. She was so knowledgeable, fun, and really helped our indecisive bride narrow down her vision. Although the shop is small, they had a wide variety of dresses that matched my sister’s aesthetic. We had a great experience and we highly recommend!

My experience at Lovely Bride San Diego was an absolute 10/10! Before walking in my mom and I were open minded and didn’t expect to find THE dress.But when we started trying on dresses, Nicole was the absolute best and helped point out dresses outside of my pre chosen ones. It was such a fun experience and she was so helpful and the best hype woman. I was nervous the experience could be awkward but she made it so enjoyable and memorable. This was the first time trying on wedding dresses and I wasn’t sure what to expect. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by Nicole. She was sweet, welcoming and knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nicole. She was warm and welcoming from the start. This was my first time dress shopping and Nicole went above and beyond my expectations which put my nerves at ease.I really did enjoy building my Lovely Bride profile before my appointment. I feel completing this process helped the appointment flow efficiently. The dresses I favorited on my profile were set on the side already by the time I arrived to the appointment instead of spending time flipping through dresses. At the end of the appointment, I was torn between two dress. I didn’t want to take either of them off. After a week of contemplating, I finally decided on THE dress.The boutique itself is big and spacious. Very cozy and unique as well. The windows let’s in a lot of natural sunlight which made it more fun to see yourself in the dresses.Covid safe protocols were in place such as masks and limited guests at the boutique. I also liked the idea of one bride and their party at a time in the boutique. The Lovely Bride was my first appointment for wedding dress shopping and I was so happy with the entire experience. The store has such beautiful and unique dresses, and my time there felt intimate and special. I worked with a staff member named Delaney who was very friendly, easy going and attentive. When I asked the store to accommodate a rush order for me, they worked quickly to make it happen. When I ultimately decided to go with another dress, they were gracious and accommodating; and they congratulated me on finding my dress. I can’t say enough good things about the experience and I highly recommend this bridal boutique!
I had the most wonderful appointment with Rebekah at Lovely Bride yesterday afternoon! It was everything I’ve ever dreamed of and more! It was the true “bridal” experience I had hoped for. I love that they take only one appointment at a time, so my family and I had the store to ourselves along with Rebekah the owner.
