You are:
- Warm, positive, outgoing and engaging

- An excellent communicator and even better listener
- Able and willing to balance multiple tasks and work both autonomously and as a team
- Love fashion and have a knack for unique styling
- Motivated and motivating
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Work one on one with brides, maintaining an excellent level of customer service
- Guide brides through their dress selection, styling brides from head to toe
- Be an expert on product, policies and the Lovely Brand
- Take any opportunity to offer excellent customer satisfaction before, during and after their appointment
- Work towards a common store goal
- Meet and exceed individual sales goal
- Contribute to a warm, positive and inspiring company culture
