Los Angeles Part-Time Stylist

Helping brides find the one at Lovely is exhilarating and rewarding, and takes energy, enthusiasm, and maturity. That is why we only hire Individuals with an eye for fashion, passion for customer service and retail sales experience. If this sounds like you, we’d love for you to join #ourlovelies!

You are:

  • Warm, positive, outgoing and engaging

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Work one on one with brides, maintaining an excellent level of customer service
  • Guide brides through their dress selection, styling brides from head to toe
  • Be an expert on product, policies and the Lovely Brand
  • Take any opportunity to offer excellent customer satisfaction before, during and after their appointment
  • Work towards a common store goal
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goal
  • Contribute to a warm, positive and inspiring company culture

Must:

  • Have retail experience. Bridal experience is a plus.
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Be available on weekends.

Los Angeles Assistant Manager

Lovely Bride is the OG Indie Bridal shop, who broke the mold of traditional bridal retail in 2010 by being the first to stock cutting-edge, indie designers in a laid-back & chilled out shop environment. Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Lovely Bride standards of customer experience by helping brides find their gown and assisting your team to do so
  • Assist the Store Manager to help hire, train and manage team of stylists
  • Establish and track individual stylist goals + performance
  • Meet and exceed monthly shop sales goal
  • Be an expert on all Lovely Bride product in your shop
  • Execute Lovely Bride merchandising best practices
  • Assist in managing all customer issues with brides and the vendors in tune with Lovely Bride best practices
  • Sales Event scheduling and management
  • Become a systems expert in our appointment and order software to assist others in completing sales
  • Become a social media marketing guru using Lovely Bride’s best practices, or delegate to team members
  • Oversee operations, shipping and receiving
  • Organize and delegate to keep shop tidy and up to Lovely standards
  • Communicate your shop happenings with Store Owner via weekly and monthly reporting and meetings
  • Network with Industry contacts, brides and local creative to drive appointments to your Lovely Bride location
  • Be a mature, positive representation of our brand to team member, industry and clientele
  • Contribute to a warm, positive and inspiring company culture

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of high end retail store management experience
  • Ability to work a 45 hour week Wednesdays through Sundays
  • Bridal experience preferred
