Hey Lovely! I’m Katie, the owner of Lovely Bride Rochester! People often ask me why I decided to open a Lovely in Western New York and I always say…why not? Halley was amazing helping me find the perfect dress! I feel like we became best friends instantly. She was so helpful and sweet throughout the whole process. I came in not knowing anything about dresses or what I was looking for. She really helped guide me throughout the whole process.I was lucky enough the first dress she pulled was the one I picked. I did try on multiple other styles but knew the first one was it!They have plenty of styles and veils to pick from and really know their stuff! I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you want to find your perfect dress for the big day!!
I had the best experience at Lovely Bride and found my dream dress! Savannah was amazing! This was my third appointment of the day and I was feeling a little defeated before I arrived. Lovely Bride changed that immediately, it’s such a gorgeous space and Savannah was so kind, helpful and great at her job. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough and am so happy with my dress!

Lovely was just that lovely. I found my dream dress and moreover felt seen. Alex was amazingly patient as I tried on three too many dresses. The space was beautiful and I was made to feel beautiful. Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere and great vibes. Halley was absolutely lovely. Dresses are beautiful and Halley did a great job listening and adjusting dress choices to my preferences.
Overall a wonderful experience! Savannah was the best guide. So informative and sweet, she understood what I was going for and let me reflect without offering her opinion really. But she also gave her opinion when I asked, and other times too yet in a very underwhelming pushy way. When I left the first time, she even told me that if I find another dress somewhere else to let her know what I chose so that they could possibly look into carrying other styles that might be in demand. I had visited a couple spots the same week and each place was great and unique, but I feel Lovely Bride really nailed it on all fronts. I love the time and effort they invested in me. It felt genuine.
I had an absolutely LOVELY experience at Lovely Bride in Rochester! It’s in a stunning old home with a convenient parking lot. We were lucky enough to work with Alex, who was so kind, easy to talk with, and intentional about the dresses and veils she pulled for me. The setup is brilliant, each bride is in their own area that has great seating for their guests and then an area with the classic platform to stand on that has a curtain that pulls across it so you change into your dresses right in the same room. We felt welcomed & comfortable & I truly felt like this was a next level bridal experience! Thank you, Alex!!

From the moment I stepped foot into Lovely bride, the staff was very friendly and kind. The lady who I had a pleasure working with, Savannah was very tentative and listened to everything I had said for my dream dress. The staff is your own personal hype person. I would highly recommend them to any new bride looking for their very own princess dress. You will never regret choosing Lovely Bride!!
While I did not end up picking a dress from Lovely, the experience I had here was unbelievably amazing. The team here made me feel so beautiful in every dress. They helped me understand my own vision and I have never felt so seen. They validated my concerns while still making me feel better than I ever have. They truly listened to me, and worked closely with me in a way I never expected. I’ve never felt as beautiful as I did. The ladies there are so empowering. I was SO nervous coming in and I had no idea what kind of dress I wanted but the Lovely team and my stylist Halley made me feel so welcomed and knew exactly what dresses to pull for me to try on. Halley was amazing and made me feel so excited about the process rather than nervous. I found my dream dress and felt so beautiful in it. Thank you so much to the Lovely team!
If only I could remember the names of the girls that assisted us in the process. Our first visit was the only one we needed as she took as much time as needed going through process of elimination with my daughter. We of course said “yes to the dress” that day! She explained how ordering the dress worked as far as the designer makes the dresses when ordered and she took all the appropriate measurements and said a round about time frame the dress would be in! She was spot on. We got the call in the exact week she said we should and when we went to try the dress on it fit my daughter like a glove. It was such a stunning moment to see. The girl that helped on this day took her time to help my daughter look at veils without a rush or care in the world. Of course we ended up finding the perfect fit and ordered it so we wouldn’t have any issues finding the exact elsewhere. I couldn’t be more pleased with all the hard work these girls put into helping you decide which dress is right for you. We felt zero pressure at either visit to make a decision we weren’t ready to make. HIGHLY recommend for ALL your bridal needs. Of course I can’t show anything right now so I’ll have to come back with a picture after the wedding

I said yes to the dress at lovely bride! I could not recommend this place enough it’s so cute and well designed. Very different from other bridal stores with very unique dresses! My stylist Savannah was amazing very helpful and patient. It can be overwhelming with so many beautiful dresses to choose from! Definitely the place to find the dress of your dreams!
My stylist, Savannah, was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my wedding dress shopping experience. She always remained positive and uplifting – while also remaining aware of my budget and style preferences. I never felt pushed to make a decision — her patience was appreciated. I went wedding dress shopping here last spring and had a wonderful experience! Kendall was my consultant and she was so kind, attentive, and helpful. The shop itself is beautiful and has a great selection. I tried on so many beautiful dresses. It was my first time wedding dress shopping and I let Kendall know I likely would not be purchasing anything that day, but that did not change at all how helpful and patient she was. While I ultimately found my dress at a different store closer to home (I live in Syracuse), I had a great experience here and would recommend this shop to any bride!
Had an amazing experience with Lovely Bride! I found my dress in December and worked with Debra as my stylist. She was so kind, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. It was so fun to try on all the dresses and feel so taken care of. I live out of state and my parents picked up my gown this past June and also had a good experience. I finally got to try on my dress this week and Katie, the owner helped me when I thought it didn’t fit, she had me zipped up in two seconds and I felt so stunning in my dress!! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

I had the most perfect experience at Lovely thanks to Savannah, my stylist. I have a very short amount of time until my wedding and she made sure to find me a ton of options that I would be able to have in that amount of time which was my biggest stress. She also used the dresses I had saved on their website and brought me as many as would fit in my budget and time frame, and found incredibly similar ones to try if something wasn’t available.I went into the appointment very nervous and not really expecting to find my dress, but she made the entire day so special and go so smoothly. I felt beautiful the entire time, the entire staff was so supportive and so quick to find different pieces that would have everything I loved. I would highly recommend Lovely to anyone looking for their dress, they gave me the most special day and I am so grateful!
Lovely was such a great place for all things bridal. They were my first stop out of two places to try on dresses, and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. We went to Lovely Bride yesterday, with only a couple months left before my daughters wedding! I cannot recommend this shop enough! From how classy and beautiful the ambiance is to the knowledgeable and friendly people who helped us. My daughter had a bunch of options to try even though we don’t have a lot of time. Kendall and the rest of the staff couldn’t have been more amazing. This was my fourth bridal dress shop and I was feeling very discouraged. Kendall really listened to me and pulled the most perfect dresses. I didn’t even know what I wanted but somehow she did. She was patient and attentive throughout the whole process. Not only was Kendall great but the rest of the staff and the owner were also very eager to help, friendly, and personable. | HIGHLY recommend going to lovely to find your dress!
Lovely bride made you feel special when shopping for your dream dress. Not only was everyone so friendly and helpful but they truly care about trying to find the one for you! I went in fully expecting to not find my dream dress but with the help of the amazing team I was able to say Yes to the dress! Pickup was smooth and my dress came in pretty quick. The only thing I would suggest is allowing people to bring in champagne to celebrate! Even if they sell the champagne it would have been fun to have a quick toast with your crew! Definitely check out lovely bridal.

Savannah and Katie were great! Savannah was my stylist and Katie would jump in to help when needed. This was the first shop I went too and I chose Lovely because they carry Made With Love dresses. I went in loving one MWL dress and left with another MWL dress that was brought out for me within my budget. There were plenty of choices even though I made an appointment 4 months before my wedding date. Savannah brought the positivity and made me feel comfortable, despite me being very nervous about the whole process. I loved being able to bring 4 people to cheer me on. Shop was super clean and bright, and I loved being tucked into the cozy corner of the shop for privacy.
Kendall helped with my bridal appointment at Lovely and she did an awesome job. She worked her butt off getting dresses and helping me change in and out. She really listened to what I was going for and made it come to life! Kendall made it super simple and really put me at ease. She had so much knowledge about fabrics and the industry. I highly recommend!
As soon as I walked into the shop I felt incredibly special. I had picked out the dresses I thought I would love online, and they even brought out a different one I didn’t even think to try on. I ended up falling in love with it! Thank you for making this experience something I will always cherish!
Love, Love, Love. I must say I had it easier than other brides I’ve known. I’ve been to several dress shops, however never for myself. I loved the whole experience. Savannah did a phenomenal job, making me comfortable every step of the way. She went out of her way to do some extra shopping for me and I ended up picking one of her choices. I’m very happy to say i’m a “lovely bride” can’t wait till the dress comes in! Thank you lovely staff for being so wonderful to myself, matron of honor and zoom entourage watching from out of state.

There’s not enough words to put together how I felt when I walked into lovely bride. The patience Kendall and the team had with me and my vision was amazing. I went to about 8 bridal boutiques from buffalo to Albany and south of Syracuse, and my time spent at lovely bride was by far the best. I had a specific look and Kendall came in and crushed it !!!! We combined two of their gowns and made my dream wedding dress come to life. The Camille Windsor will stay in my heart forever ! My veil. To die for as well. I can’t wait to show them my full look after my big day! Thanks team lovely !!!!

I found THE dress here! I had such a wonderful and comfortable experience. It felt very private with my mom and sister in law with me which was amazing. My dress was the 5th I tried on and I knew it was the one. The associate working with us was so attentive and really took my tastes and preferences into consideration to pick out the perfect styles. My dress even has the cutest removable sleeves and I picked out the best belt to go with it! The whole process was so easy and painless. I highly recommend shopping for your big day here!!
The team at Lovely helped me find the perfect dress that made me feel most like me, and I’m so grateful for the experience! I came in with a certain vision, and they made sure I tried some options outside of my comfort zone… and sure enough, one of the dresses picked for me & my body type was the one I chose!!!! I started the search scared and uncomfortable, and left feeling soooo confident & beautiful.P.S. You can tell they are working on including more sample sizes as they get new dresses in, and that’s a great positive step in the wedding industry. Kendall truly made my experience at Lovely Bride so special and amazing! I loved how much of a variety of dresses that they had, but she really helped me so much with narrowing down to my dream dress. Kendall was so helpful by really listening to me and understanding how I felt about each dress. I’ll never forget this day because of how special Kendall helped make it! The vibe inside the dressing room and store was so cozy and beautiful, and I just I felt so comfortable in there. I went to one other place to try on dresses after Lovely and my experience trying on dresses there just didn’t compare. My experience here was just absolutely phenomenal and I will never stop talking about it! I would 110% recommend looking for your dress here!

love, love, LOVE! I went to about 7 other shops in Buffalo before heading to Lovely Bride in Rochester. I immediately fell in love with the customer service, ambiance & their dress selection! Kendall was a doll to work with and made me feel amazing!! My wedding was 7.22.23 and I am ecstatic on my dress + veil choice from Lovely. I went with ‘Windsor’ Alyne by Rita Vinieris gown and the Jackson veil by Untamed Petals. Thank you so much for everything!

I can’t say enough about this place. They have ton of beautiful dresses from a lot of designers and the stylists somehow know you better than you know yourself! They helped me find the perfect dress that completely took me by surprise as it was not even the type I planned on trying. The stylists were so kind and patient and helped me pick the perfect accessories as well. This is a must try place for any bride to be!!
My experience here was just.. lovely! I went over the weekend during their sample sale. I wasn’t sure if I would find “the one” but every dress was SO beautiful it was hard to choose!! The stylists were great with asking me all the right questions to help make the final/best decision. I’m in LOVE with the dress I chose. I worked with Kendall and had the best experience with her and the Lovely team! From being able to see what dresses were in store along with pricing was a huge benefit that allowed me to look for dresses that fit my budget. When stepping into Lovely, Kendall fully understood what I wanted, but also allowed me to try a few things out of my comfort zone – which was so much fun to see! There was no pressure for me to make a decision while I was there, but I knew I found my dress when I put it one. I could not recommend Lovely and Kendall enough for future brides!
My experience at Lovely was absolutely amazing! My stylist Kendall made the whole appointment so personal and enjoyable. She gave me such good advice and was so professional. She was never pushy and made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on. I did end up purchasing my dream dress there but never felt pressured to do so. Bonus is that I was able to customize my dress to something I will feel more comfortable in! I just felt like the dresses were of better quality and the store has different designers than some of the other shops in town. Everyone was super friendly and made the whole experience so enjoyable. I had the best experience finding my wedding dress at lovely bride! Kendall was amazing at listening to what I had in mind and pulled the exact style of dresses that I was open to in order to cancel out all of the options I thought I would maybe want. Which led me to finding my absolute dream dress. That dress actually ended up being the 2nd I tried on! Julia was also there to help along the way and was also nothing short of amazing. They really have a great eye and are genuinely there to help you find the one!
All I have to say are good things about my experience at Lovely Bride. Lovely Bride was not the first bridal shop I had checked out, actually the third. I worked with Kendall, who was such a sweetheart. Unlike the other shops I checked out, Kendall sat down with me and first to discuss things I’ve liked and haven’t liked. It was such a personable experience. I didn’t feel like just a “customer”. Wishing 30 minutes of my 2 hour appointment, I had tried on two dresses I LOVED (a feeling I didn’t feel at the other two bridal shops) Kendall allowed me to go back and forth between the two dresses to figure out which one was THE dress! 50 minutes into the appointment I was swiping my card as I had said “yes to the dress!” My experience was beyond wonderful. Along with Kendall, all the staff was amazing and so kind.
Where do I even start! My experience at Lovely bride in Rochester was absolute perfection. First of all, the shop is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I love how every bride gets their own room/space to try on dresses, it really gives a sense of privacy to brides and guests! All of the dresses were pristine! The quality was amazing on every dress I tried. Next, my consultant, Julia, was absolutely phenomenal! She made me feel so comfortable and really just had so much fun with us. Not to mention her knowledge of all of the dresses/designers/fabrics etc. was very impressive! I can not wait to go back and pick up my dream gown. I have nothing but good things to say about this bridal shop!
I had an absolutely delightful experience! I had Deborah and she was amazing!! So kind and tentative. Let me stay true to the styles I love while also switching it up to things I’d never wear. I also had two other lovely ladies (I’m blanking on their names) but they were all spectacular!! It was fun hearing their inputs to the designers I chose and all the positive input they gave. I had such a wonderful experience at my first ever bridal appointment. I worked with Kendall and Debra. They did a fantastic job narrowing my search by asking me a variety of questions about elements I liked and didn’t like. It gave me such a good idea of what dresses were for me and I learned a ton! They started the appointment by sitting with me and asking about my wedding, the venue, my aesthetic, and my wants. Their systematic approach combined with truly listening to my needs made for the perfect experience. Also, the shop is adorable! Thank you ladies!
The stylists here are fantastic! Very down-to-earth, kind, honest, easy to talk to, and just want to help you find the perfect dress! I was nervous to go dress shopping in a new city I had just moved to alone (no local family or friends), but they made me feel so comfortable. They had perfect suggestions of styles they thought I might like, were patient when I was unsure, and I felt absolutely no pressure from the staff to purchase anything specific. They gave me a realistic timeline for my dress and suggested a fantastic tailor. Great experience, 100% recommend!
I truly loved my experience here! The entire store is super cute and comfortable, and it’s nice that the spaces for each bride are more private compared to other stores. I worked with Mariah and she made me really comfortable and I felt like she really listened to what I wanted and how I felt. I never once felt overly pressured to make a decision or try something I didn’t want. Thank you thank you!!
I’m so glad I chose lovely! Mariah was so so nice to work with, and actually chose a dress for me that was not on my list, that I ended up falling in love with and purchasing! Lovely was an incredible experience. everyone there was kind, down to earth, extremely helpful, and I felt like they genuinely cared about finding me the perfect dress. I brought 4 of my family members, and they were accommodating and patient with them as well (we can be a lot!). Instead of just putting me in the “latest trend” gown, they really wanted to find a dress that I felt comfortable and “my best self” in. they not only helped me find a dress, but helped me realize how I felt in each one! Sometimes it can be overwhelming because every gown is beautiful, but they really help you narrow it down based on how YOU feel. Julia was my stylist, who was just incredible – so kind and genuine, and had great ideas of gowns to pull to try. overall, amazing experience! if in Rochester – go there!!

WOW! JUST WOW! Went to two different bridal salons back-to-back on two different days and Lovely Bride was so far above and beyond it was amazing. Their attention to detail and knowledge of the dresses was next level. It made the whole experience one to remember and i would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone going there!
