So clean and easy to navigate with your stylist guiding you the whole way – not to mention that they have the best selection of dresses in the entire valley. I wish I was getting married more than once just so I could go back and do it again! (& seriously Sierra was so helpful in making sure it was YOUR vision and no one else’s while also giving helpful suggestions and pivoting if need be)!

I’ve been to a few bridal salons in the area, but coming to Lovely Bride and working with Sierra was by far the best experience out of all the places. She really took the time to listen to what myself and my family and friends had envisioned for my wedding dress. She went above and beyond in selecting pieces that fit what I was looking for and even throwing in some curveballs that made me change my mind in what I was looking for in a positive direction. The selection of dresses were elegant and had a great mix of clean, modern and simple styles. I literally had chills when I found my dress, and to top it off, Sierra added more accessories to help make the vision complete. I would absolutely recommend this place and Sierra to every bride!
This was my first stop of wedding dress shopping. I absolutely loved the dresses I saw online and in person the dresses beat any expectations I had. Sierra was assigned to help me through my appointment and she went above and beyond to help me figure out what I wanted. Lovely Bride Phoenix was such a lovely experience!! I had 2 wedding dress appointments and Lovely was my first and I’m so happy it was. I brought my mom and 3 sisters to join in on the fun. Sierra, my incredible stylist, greeted us, educated us on different dresses, and honestly made us feel so welcomed and happy! I had the BEST experience with Lovely Bride! Booking a fitting online was super easy. I was so blessed to work with Sierra, whose care and attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Staff was very communicative, personally reached out to confirm visit, and Sierra even spent almost 20 minutes on the phone with me the day prior to my fitting to go over what the appointment would be like as well as my vision for the dress. Sierra was very respectful of my budget and clearly outlined the process for a rush order, since my ceremony is a bit sooner than the typical timeline for the designers they work with. The dress I ultimately chose was one Sierra hand picked! The store itself is just gorgeous, lots of parking across the street, easy to find. All of the gowns I tried on were so stunning and impeccably made. Each one truly looks and feels handmade, quality well beyond other stores I went to, and looks that serve both the classic and non-traditional bride. I had a few phone calls prior to my appointment and every one I spoke with on the phone was extremely sweet, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions! Wow! Where to begin. For starters, Xandra is human sunshine! She listened to everything I said I wanted and got to work! I was not an easy case… after seeing six other shops I was very overwhelmed. But Xandra was a pro! It’s as though she knew exactly what I couldn’t quite put into words. I loved the processes of going online and picking out my favorites than allowing Xandra to use her expertise to cultivate a plethora of gowns that met what I was loving. The studio is stunning inside and out and leaves you wanting more! I had a great time working with Xandra to find my dream dress! Xandra answered my initial phone call to the shop inquiring if they carried the dress I was interested in, and if a rush order could be accommodated to meet our pushed up elopement date. She was able to get all the information right then on our call, as well as schedule my appointment for later that week. The shop itself is adorable, and the try-on room spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the status update emails letting me know the expected shipping and arrival of my dress, as well as Xandra keeping in touch. I agree with a previous review critiquing the shop policy of not trying your dress on at pickup, and basically signing that any problems will be dealt with by your seamstress, given the cost of both the dresses and alterations. But this is not a critique of Xandra who is very sweet, fun, and enthusiastic! I also very much appreciated that even though I was fairly set on which dress I wanted, I never got any pushy or salesman vibes from her. If anything Xandra somehow got me even MORE excited for our special day! She even recommended a lovely seamstress that would be able to accommodate my timeline, which was a huge relief! This was the first & last stop for dress shopping, my stylist Jordan was able to really figure out what I wanted to see, trying the silhouettes, styles, colors etc. only had to try on 8 gowns before I was able to say yes! I don’t think I would change a single thing. Not to mention the studio was beautiful and very calm for the try on which I really appreciated. She listened to everything I had to say as far as what I liked and what I didn’t. She was so sweet and attentive the entire appointment! I’m so happy I was able to find my dress here with such a seamless, stress-free experience!
Such a LOVELY experience! In all seriousness, I did have such a wonderful experience due to my stylist Jordan. Jordan helped me find “the one” & she was so patient & kind throughout the entire process! I would certainly recommend Jordan to anyone who is looking to come to Lovely Bride in Phoenix. I was visiting from out of state & the whole process was seamless, from beginning to end. Definitely was a more intimate experience, which I enjoyed as there were private rooms for you & your guests to try on the dresses. Couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy my gown & veil at Lovely!
These gals were amazing start to finish! The dress selection is incredible. The studio is gorgeous and clean. I originally purchased my dress from them a few months prior. Recently, they posted about a trunk show they were having and I couldn’t help myself – I had to try on one of the dresses. I called and ask if they could squeeze me in last minute day of to try on this gown. Not only did Jordan accommodate me coming in on such short notice, but I practically got a one-on-one styling sesh with the designer! Everyone was so excited and brought the best energy to my appointment. Everything felt meant to be and I ended up saying yes to this NEW DRESS! I felt so much support from the Lovely Bride team and my dress designer (House of Renhue). The most perfect shopping experience – thanks to them.

By far the best wedding dress shopping experience I had!! Jordan was SO kind and knowledgeable. Even my friends were so impressed with her!! I love that you can see their whole collection online and choose your favorites before coming into the store too. The private room, champagne, and water were all icing on the cake!!! Plus trying on my top two dresses in heels + the veil in front of the “big mirror” really just helped to seal the deal. Will recommend Lovely to everyone!
I went to many bridal shops and tried on many dresses before I found ‘the one’ – I had success at Lovely and they made the experience very enjoyable! She didn’t pressure me and listened to the type of styles I was interested in trying
I absolutely loved finding my dress at Lovely Bride! Tiffany was incredibly helpful and made sure I felt completely comfortable. Not only do they have an excellent selection of gowns but the team really listens to what you like and don’t like about each dress to narrow down to your perfect dress. I also enjoyed the privacy that their salon offers. I was able to be in my own private room so just my guests were watching me try on dresses, not everyone in the shop. It gave a special and intimate feel to wedding dress shopping that I had not experienced elsewhere. Highly recommend finding your wedding dress at Lovely Bride!
Had such an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress here! Jordan did such a great job helping me feel comfortable and picking out gorgeous dresses for me within my budget. I have had my eye on a certain dress for months now and thankfully it was exactly what I was looking for! Her suggestions were spot on but I just knew that one dress was perfect for me. Lovely Bride has such a great selection for all brides with a budget and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to shop there for my special dress!
Not only is this store super cute and enjoyable to visit, the manager Jordann is so kind, patient and genuine. Finding my dress was a semi lengthy process but Jordann was supportive the whole way. Highly recommend!

She is so sweet, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about all the designers and dresses. The atmosphere of the shop calmed my nerves immediately – it’s so beautiful and peaceful. From customer service to selection of gowns, Lovely Bride Phoenix does not disappoint. My stylist, Jordan, was amazing through the entire process. She gave excellent suggestions based on the vision I described and I never felt pressured to exceed my budget. I also appreciated not being rushed, despite being a bit indecisive and trying on some gowns a second…or third time. The second gown I tried on was ultimately the dress I purchased–I am so excited to be a Lovely and Sarah Seven bride! Thank you so much, Jordan!!
The absolute BEST experience! After going to three other bridal shops this one took the cake. Jordan knew exactly my style based on our phone consultation prior to my apt which I think helped a lot and also the pictures I sent her of dresses. I will say it helped a lot to know the designer I was most interested in to narrow down options and boy does lovely bride have it all!!! They had every amazing designer I could ask for. The experience was intimate and special so thank you so much lovely bride for helping me and my best friend find dresses that were seriously made for us!
I would recommend this salon to any bride looking for a dress! Jordan was so detail-oriented and attentive to my needs. She started the reservation with a 15-minute phone consultation prior to my appointment. Then, she had dresses pulled and a clear vision for the appointment. The dress I picked was the 2nd one I tried on (with the 1st dress as a close second!). She guided the appointment perfectly as well. I am so in love with my dress and the experience!
I could not have had a better experience in my dreams! The customer service I received was better than I could have imagined. Coren was the sweetest, she had everything ready as soon as I got there. She pulled things for me that were perfectly my style. I had already been disappointed after my first wedding dress shopping weekend, because I am extremely picky. I am so thankful I was able to get an appointment and come her. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she is doing, and she made it such relaxing beautiful experience. I will only recommend Lovely Bride to anyone getting married.
Coren was so professional and friendly. She didn’t pressure me into a dress. I loved how coren asked me questions about what i loved most about each dress. Her questions helped guide me to saying yes to my dress. Coren also made me feel comfortable and confident when trying on each dress. The store was beautiful, clean and i loved the by appointment only. We had the whole place to ourself which made it fee very exclusive.

She asked about my big day, where it will be and what it will be like. She then let us look at all the dresses, and decide which ones I wanted to try on.She actually grabbed a dress I did not even chose after hearing all my feedback on the dresses I had tried on, and that ended up being the one I said yes to!!The ambiance of the place + amazing Hannah – made this place a most go! Thanks for being so welcoming, patient and helpful!
