Bride-babe, are you in the beginning/middle stages of planning your wedding?Have you found your wedding dress (ahem, at a Lovely Bride shop near you) but feel like you don’t know what to check off of your wedding checklist next?
Maybe you’re like a few of us and are having a hard time narrowing down your Pinterest board to the wedding trend elements that are a nice-to-have versus a NEED-TO-HAVE?
Don’t fret! We’re back with another installment of The Lovely List, our roundup of our favorite wedding trends, bridal inspiration, wedding florals, and more.
At Lovely Bride, we scour Pinterest and our own brides’ wedding photo galleries every day. We look for new design trends, romantic touches, and heartfelt elements that engaged babes will love.
We still can’t shake our crush on pampas grass and dried floral elements in bridal bouquets. And we’re waiting to see what romantic, deep-hued Fall wedding florals brides begin to gravitate toward. We’re loving the creativity of brides who have incorporated cool western-style hats into their wedding day look instead of a traditional veil. And of course, we couldn’t write any trend roundup without the most delicious element of the wedding: CAKE! We love cake any day of the week, but get heart-eyes as we continue to see brides’ watercolor or buttercream “painted” wedding cakes and cutting cakes.
Once you’ve gathered all the wedding inspiration from the images and links below, be sure to book an appointment to find your wedding dress at your nearest Lovely Bride. And if you want more weekly wedding trends, Real brides’ (#OurLovelies) content, and updates on new collection launches and events, follow us on Instagram and Pinterest!
(Left) We love non-traditional engagement ring and wedding band stacks. Here @marrowfine_ shows off some sparklers in a mix of metals.
(Right) These pearl studded, metallic block heels are the perfect wedding shoe in our opinion! Low heel height that makes an all-night dance party do-able, soft pearls, and just the hint of shine you want to peek out from under your wedding dress. via @sitonmiri
(Left) Opt for a flower petal toss during your recessional- it’s eco-friendly, super pretty, and the colors pop in your wedding photos depending on the petals you choose. We love these cones made from book tears (or use pages of your favorite love poems!) Via @festivalbrides
(Right) Floating pampas grass and wicker light fixtures make for a breath-taking reception installation. We love pampas grass for it’s feathery volume and the boho vibes it adds to even the most classic wedding reception. Found on @greenweddingshoes.
