“I always knew it had to be London! Here's the story: I found my wedding dress in London in the most adorable Chelsea ready-to-wear boutique. The stylist was the sweetest, the store vibe was unapologetically cool, and the dress was perfectly unfussy. It gave me the first glimmer of an idea to open a bridal shop in New York City when I got home. I wanted this bridal shop to have the casual nature of a ready-to-wear store, the sought-after and curated designers of a chic local boutique, and the look of your best friend’s stylish apartment. The stylist even helped me with the name. After hearing this word no less than a dozen times while shopping, it stuck – LOVELY!
The only major difference that Lovely would have from this cool London studio is that I didn’t want the bridal shopping moment to take 30 minutes to walk out with a dress. I wanted ALL the process, so I can enjoy the journey, the anticipation, and the EXPERIENCE. So in 2019, after growing the Lovely Bride collective to 18 US shops, we set our site on the mothership – Lovely Bride London was born. Today I run the shop with the help of my partner and Lovely Bride NYC owner, Erica, and we love being able to start fresh in a new country and bring our way of doing things across the pond.”

The best bridal shop in London! After searching for dresses in various other boutiques around London, I had by far the best trying-on experience at Lovely. My stylist was Jade, she was amazing throughout the experience, and recommended styles she thought would suit me – which ended up being exactly what I was looking for! Although I ended up getting a custom dress made elsewhere, I called Jade back almost a year later to purchase my second look with Lovely Bride. Throughout, they have been incredibly helpful and dealt with many last minute requests from me. I can not recommend this wonderful place enough. Where can I even begin outside of saying how INCREDIBLE the Lovely Bride London team is?! I first got in touch in early/mid March 2025 — which was quite behind in preparing for our October 2025 NYC wedding. While I had a clear vision and designer in mind heading into my first appointment, Lovely Bride London was still the very first shop I walked into on my wedding dress journey and plenty of nerves / self-doubt set in. Kan and the entire Lovely Bride London team are beyond kind, caring, and patient. Had a bridal try on at Lovely Bride with the wonderful Samina. The studio is gorgeous and really spacious which gives it that luxe feel. The staff were all brilliant, so informative. Samina is an asset to the team!

I went to a few different bridal shops to find my dress and lovely bride was by far the best! My appointment was with Kanwal and she was amazing! Made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole appointment, understood exactly what I wanted and helped me find the perfect dress. She wasn’t in any way pushy and was 100% transparent about prices and timeframes. I went to my appointment on my own and Kanwal made sure she took loads of photos and videos of the dresses so I could show family and friends and she even encouraged me to walk around and sit down in the dresses to make sure I was comfortable! Couldn’t recommend them enough, they have the most beautiful dresses and the the best personable customer service to match!! Can’t wait to go and collect my dress 🤍

I was with stylist Serena who made me feel hyped before I even tried on anything which was amazing as I was initially quite nervous with it being my first experience trying on dresses. She had looked at my lookbook and took time to listen to what I was thinking of in a dress before we started trying on. She didn’t discount any options and also selected pieces she thought I would suit. It turned out none of these were needed as I found my dress the minute I tried the first dress on. We both knew it was the one for me. Serena encouraged me to try others also to make sure I was certain. She was kind, empathetic and all round “Lovely”. She gave me plenty of options for accessorising and advice. She completed my fitting in a professional and dignified manner. I will forever be grateful to Serena. Wow what can I say – I went to multiple boutiques and had a great experience at all of them but Lovely Bride really stood out to me thanks to Serena. She was able to pin the dresses back the best and gave me the clearest sense of what the dress could look like on the day, gave me plenty of support throughout the entire decision making process, was incredibly patient and engaging despite my ‘umms and ahhs’ – I didn’t feel rushed at all. Overall she just made the whole dress shopping experience as stress-free as possible. Lovely Bride also has a great selection of dresses but the service is what I want to highlight here. Serena is unmatched!

I visited Lovely London on a peak trading day and was met with the warmest welcome amongst 2 other future brides. Jade was assigned as my stylist and she showed me countless options to suit the brief I’d given her. She really listened to what I loved or disliked about each gown and patiently offered an alternative each time. Jade was never pushy, she knew her styles and her stock and found me the PERFECT dress. They have a great range of different dresses from designers and without a really scary price tag! Kanwal took such good care of me, was really transparent about the price of each dress she gave me, made me and my friend feel comfortable immediately and encouraged us to be really honest with our feelings about the dresses I tried on! The appointment was very relaxed, prosecco and lots of time with each dress to properly decide. I said yes to the very first dress I tried on! And amazingly the sample fit me perfectly so Kan did me a lovely deal on that and I picked it up the following week 😁 super happy and can’t wait for the big day! Thanks, Kan!
Jade made my day trying on dresses so fun! She let my mum and sisters pick out dresses for me to try on too so everyone got to get involved in the day. She pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me try on a dress she thought I would like and that needed up being the dress!

I had the absolutely best experience at Lovely London. I highly recommend every new bride to come try their dresses (they have a great amount of styles and fabrics). I was lucky to have Kanwal help me on the day and at my retrial. She was so amazing, listened to my must haves, checked in on how I was feeling and made sure to listen to my opinions over the people I brought with. Unlike other shops I went to I never felt pressured into making a decision in the moment and she worked with me on my timeline reassuring me at every point. Highly recommended this shop!

Had my appointment with Kan today at LovelyBride and even though I didn’t find my dress in the end…the service and attention to detail received was the best we had all day. Kan made us feel so at ease during the process and had some great suggestions and really listened to my likes and dislikes.

I was quite nervous about wedding dress shopping after seeing horror stories online but the staff at Lovely bride make you feel so welcomed. They’re very inclusive and body positive which is fab. Such a lovely shop and with incredible customer service – Serena got in touch with me beforehand to gauge my likes and dislikes. The space itself when you go in is gorgeous and has beautiful lighting, and me and my bridesmaids and mum were treated to Prosecco. Serena really looked after me during the appointment and had great suggestions. The dresses themselves are stunning, and while I didn’t quite find mine here, I would 100% recommend to any brides I know.
I really enjoyed my dress try on appointment with Jade. She made me and my two friends (and my friend’s baby!) feel really welcome and relaxed, and gave us enough space and time to deliberate on each dress. I was absolutely blown away by my experience at Lovely Bride with the amazing Kanwal. I visited a few places and this was by far the best experience I had. The space is lovely, calm & inviting, the dresses are amazing (check out their Rue De Seine collection!) and the service was just incredible. Kanwal prepped some of my favourite things in advance as well as being so flexible & helpful on the day. She coped with me being on crutches by being so so helpful getting things on and off, without any judgement & put me and my guests totally at ease. The best thing was that she really understood that finding your perfect dress isn’t always the quickest or easiest and she encouraged me to take my time and get it right. She also asked all the right questions like ‘how does it make you feel?’ and ‘which one really made you feel beautiful?’ to help me make a decision. I would thoroughly recommend Lovely Bride to anyone & honestly cannot thank Kanwal enough.
I had such a nice experience here! I have been to a few different shops and Lovely Bride provided the most relaxed and pleasant experience. Kanwal is incredibly patient and provided guidance on what the right size to order was, what alterations would be possible, etc. I loved that there was no pressure to purchase there and then at your first appointment, and that they give you some time to reflect before following up. Plus, their dress collection is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you again to Kanwal and the team!
The range of styles on offer combined with quality of the dresses made me choose a Lovely Bride dress – and I am picky. Jade really looked after me so well and made the experience memorable in the good way! She was patient with me and I didn’t feel at all rushed which is such a comfort. She also made herself available at short notice when my friend wanted to view the favourite dress and was so understanding with my budget. The premises are easy to find and the downstairs area is beautifully designed, with ample space and just enough decoration so that the atmosphere is romantic but doesn’t detract from the focus of the dresses. Attention to detail in each aspect was very much appreciated and it would be hard to find fault with Lovely Bride London.

Let me just say my Lovely Bride London was top tier due to them having the most amazing designer dresses in a great location but mostly because of my wonderful and patient stylist SERENA. She made the whole experience spectacular and was really transparent about everything (cost, fit, style, etc). I am so grateful for her!!!! Lovely Bride was the 4th shop I visited and I found the online portal so helpful for picking the dresses I wanted to try beforehand and making sure they had the styles I wanted. Sandra was so lovely on the day and made the experience so memorable, she even got emotional with my sister and I when I found my dress! My experience at Lovely last weekend was amazing! The store is beautiful, bright and spacious and I was lucky enough to have the whole place to myself. I’d been finding dress shopping quite stressful as I’m almost 6 months pregnant, which makes visualising what the dress will be like on my non-pregnant body next year quite tricky, but I felt comfortable from start to finish and Jade was brilliant at selecting styles for me to try. I ended up purchasing a dress that I would never have picked out by myself but it is definitely the right style and fit for me and I can’t wait to pick it up next year! Thank you so much!
Lovely bride was the most BEAUTIFUL experience from start to finish, we had the Joy of having Serena help me out! Lovely Bride London genuinely are passionate about creating a magical experience for Brides. This was my second bridal shop that I visited, a huge difference in choices of dresses. I really enjoyed my experience at Lovely Bride. I arrived to a warm welcome and a glass of fizz. The boutique is gorgeous and calm with a lovely spacious fitting area and a great selection of dresses.
After trying on dresses at another bridal store I arrived at Lovely Bride confused about what I wanted. Jade was incredible and skilfully guided me through some dress options, suggesting great additional pieces to help me narrow down the style I preferred. Jade has loads of knowledge and endless patience! I really appreciated her letting me come back twice, once to show my mum the dress and again for me to try on additional sizes as I was between measurements.
I also really liked the online portal feature. It was so helpful to view what dresses they have in the boutique with the ability to save my favourites. Jade also updated it to show the dresses I had tried on during the appointment so I could look back in my own time.

Jade was incredible and skilfully guided me through some dress options, suggesting great additional pieces to help me narrow down the style I preferred. Jade has loads of knowledge and endless patience! I really appreciated her letting me come back twice, once to show my mum the dress and again for me to try on additional sizes as I was between measurements.
I also really liked the online portal feature. It was so helpful to view what dresses they have in the boutique with the ability to save my favourites. Jade also updated it to show the dresses I had tried on during the appointment so I could look back in my own time.
This is the best boutique you will not regret going. Thanks again to Jade and the team!
Lovely bridal is such a great boutique! It was my fifth dress shop and I was starting to loose hope in finding ‘the one!’ But Sandra was so lovely and made me feel completely at ease from the second I stepped into the shop. The boutique has such a relaxed vibe and beautiful decor.. it has a really special feel. Sandra had researched my venue before I came along which I thought was so sweet, and made great suggestions for what she thought would work with the venue. I’m so chuffed I found my dress at Lovely, as it was definitely the best overall experience I received out of all of the boutiques I had visited. Jade, the stylist, is amazing! She was so supportive and knowledgeable – she didn’t rush me into buying a dress and I felt she genuinely just wanted to help me find my dream dress! She definitely went above and beyond – patiently letting me try on SO many dresses, seeing me through to my second appointment (where I said yes to the dress!) and finding solutions to help me get my dress under a tight turnaround!

Lovely appointment with Sandra 🙂 she was an absolute sweetheart who made me feel comfortable straight away. Loved the online browsing system which takes away a lot of pressure and saves time avoiding you getting lost in the shop.

I had the most delightful experience at Lovely Bride London! My favorite dresses were ready for me upon arrival, staff were so friendly and welcoming, and my friends had an enjoyable experience with plenty of comfortable and cute seating, water and prosecco offered, and fantastic company. Lovely Bride was more than lovely, they were everything in between as well. From the moment I made my appointment online, the process was smooth, professional and friendly. Chloe, my stylist, was fantastic as well; friendly, down to earth, helpful, caring and fun. When I was searching for men dress I went to a lot of different stores and they were the best. The wedding dresses were stunning as well 😉 but customer service is so important when you’re shopping for such an important day and they nailed it. Thanks again 🙂
At the moment they are keeping my dress so I am hoping that the pick up will be as easy and amazing as the appointment. I’ve booked the appointment literally two days before, last minute as I found out they had several very boho like designers that I loved. I had to pick from sample dresses which was all I had budget for but the first dress I put on I fell in love and bought 🥰and I would have easily picked another one! I don’t drink but the girls are so friendly and lovely and always on hand to offer bubbles, water or any help they can. I’ve said yes to the dress what more can anyone want from a bridal appointment!

My appointment at Lovely Bride was with the lovely Chloe who was very friendly, helpful and most importantly honest. I didn’t feel pressured at all on the day and she was patient and took me through all my options. The boutique is also gorgeous and we really appreciated the fizz! Would highly recommend visiting Lovely Bride as they have some really beautiful dresses and the customer service was fantastic.
Thanks so much to Natasha and the lovely bride team for such a wonderful experience. It was great to pick out dresses in advance on the app so it didn’t feel too overwhelming and also meant more time could be spent trying the dresses on rather than picking which to try. Natasha was so knowledgeable about the dresses and had researched my venue in advance to know what the setting will be like and offered great advice around this. It felt really personal and the space was gorgeous, I was in the upstairs changing room which was private and very spacious. I could walk around in the dresses to see how they move 🙂
I had such an amazing experience at Lovely Bride London. It was only the second boutique I visited and I found a dress I loved straight away. Natasha was an absolute joy, so friendly and helpful. I never felt pushed to make a purchase, it just naturally happened as they sell some stunning designs! I went back twice, once to check the train length and once to buy a top change for the evening look and all times they have been super helpful. Would highly recommend!
The BEST bridal experience I’ve ever had! Beautiful and stylish boutique, friendly and knowledgable staff but you don’t ever feel rushed or pushed into purchasing, you just feel they honestly want you to find that perfect dress for you on your special day! The collections they stock are unlike any other London boutique, perfect for a younger modern bride. There’s also a really cute coffee shop next door to get your caffeine fix. I LOVE LOVELY BRIDE!
The first shop I visited on my journey to find the one. As soon as I entered, I felt completely welcomed and special to have my own private space to try on dresses. I had an idea of the dress I wanted which helped but Natasha, my stylist, was so unbelievably attentive and made me feel relaxed from the beginning. Luckily the first dress I tried on, was the one I went with but Natasha made me feel 1000% sure and happy with my decision. I went to pick it up yesterday and was pleased Natasha was there to help with tips for alterations and extras. Would 100% recommend and in fact, I’ve already sent a friend your way. The Lovely Bride store in London is absolutely wonderful! Very clean, nicely decorated… just lovely! If the room and setting does not already make you feel at ease, the people will definitely! We had the luck of meeting Sandra, who is really the kindest. She was very knowledgeable, fitted the dresses perfectly and had great suggestions. She made our visit truly special. Even after the appointment, she was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Definitely a must visit if you are looking for your wedding dress!
