I did not end up getting my dress here, but the experience was my favorite of all the bridal salons I went to in Chicago. I want to thank Kate especially, for her artistic vision and kindness. She will make you feel beautiful, and it will be a fun experience the whole way through!!
Sydney made our experience so wonderful! This was the first place I stopped to try on dresses and Sydney made me and my family so comfortable. She explained the process, allowed me to look around the shop, and helped me into all the dresses. Because of her, I have my dream dress! Not to mention it was the first one she brought to me. Bought my dress here with the help of Rachel! They have a great selection. I went in for a 2nd try on and although many staff were sick/out, they managed to get me in ASAP. The buying process was easy. They are strict on their rules but that’s very understandable since it’s a busy place! 10/10 recommend
I had such a fabulous experience at Lovely Bride. Rachel was so helpful and patient with me and my people. She took the time to chat with me personally, cutting through some of the noise of opinions. I love how many dresses they have and being able to walk around the showroom is so helpful. All of the other employees were so sweet as well. Highly recommend!
I just got my wedding dress from Lovely in Chicago and it was the best experience. I live in Detroit (so not local) and they were super accommodating and made it worth the trip! Kate helped me throughout the whole process, and she was amazing – not to mention super sweet and adorable! I tried a couple boutiques before landing this one and I’d recommend this one again and again!
This place is AMAZING. My stylist was Sydney and she was really fantastic. She was transparent about pricing and stuck to my budget, which is so appreciated. I’ve never shopped for dresses before and I was expecting to be fighting for my budget the whole time. But, whenever I showed interest in a dress that was over budget, Sydney let me know immediately. She was also very friendly a welcoming. By the end I felt like I’d known her forever.Lovely, made me feel very special and comfortable and I highly recommend them to anyone. (ps. they have free wine :D)
My experience at lovely bride was nothing short of amazing! My consultant Sammy was friendly, positive and a great listener. I brought my closest friends, mom and sister and we had the best time here. They serve free sparkling wine but will also let you bring your own Champagne. Their dress selection is beautiful, not too large, but not too small. One of my favorite parts was being able to look at their dress selection online first, so I had a really good idea of the styles and dresses I would be trying on. Sammy made the processes fun and everything I’ve ever dreamed of. I found my dress and had that “say yes to the dress” moment that brides dream of! This you’re shopping around Chicago you definately need to experience lovely bride. 👰♀️
I just said “yes” to my dress here. I shopped at 10 different spots in Chicagoland because I had absolutely no idea what I wanted, and can say that I confidently, hands-down had the best experience at Lovely Bride. My stylist, Xilonen, made me feel confident and comfortable, and she was super knowledgable about all the dresses. The rest of the staff was supportive and kind along the way. Plus their dress selection was incredible! I would recommend every bride stop at Lovely Bride on their dress search; I’m so glad I did.
I went to my fair share of bridal shops and had the best time at Lovely Bride. The shop has an open floor plan and you can walk the floor yourself (the dresses are even organized by style, which makes it so easy to see similar ones once you find what you like). My stylist Sammy was the absolute best – she really listened to what I said I wanted and never pushed in one direction. The entire atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, I would highly recommend!
I can’t speak highly enough about this place! I spent the whole weekend with my mom and sisters wedding dress shopping around the city, and this was by far our favorite appointment. The vibes were immaculate from the first moment we walked in: a warm and celebratory staff, gorgeous inviting atmosphere, and a perfect range of dresses and price points. I’d especially love to shoutout my consultant Sammy, who listened to my vision so attentively and cheered on my giddiness throughout the appointment. I had the perfect experience at Lovely Bride! This was my third boutique that I visited and by far the best in my eyes. From the get go you and your bridal party are greeted with sparkling wine and a very friendly staff. My stylist, Sammy, was so sweet and personable, and she had great recommendations for me! We walked through the racks of dresses on display together and she completely understood my style. I ended up picking the first dress that I tried on because I just “knew” as soon as I saw it on myself. A big plus- there is so much sunlight and the mirrors are so big that the reveal in each dress felt magical. Highly recommend searching for your dress at Lovely Bride!
Sami (I’m so sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) is an absolute star, she is an incredible consultant. She has an eye for the dresses and might as well have a PhD in bridal fashion, because this woman knows so much about the industry and tailoring tricks. She listened to me and very quickly picked up on what dresses would make me look and feel how I would on my wedding day. I came to work with her twice just to be sure about my decision, and she was never pushy about anything. She immediately became my best friend and biggest fan. I’ve been to other salons and while the dress quality and quantity is comparable, the experience is not. Lovely Bride Chicago and Sami blew away every other salon in the city and every other consultant! I could not be happier with my experience. I never write reviews, but I couldn’t not sing Sami’s praises. Thank you Lovely Chicago!

I purchased my wedding dress from Lovely Bride this weekend and had a great experience! The shop was very bright and welcoming, and all three staff members we interacted with were lovely. My stylist Rachel picked out great options after hearing about my style/preferences and she found my perfect dress!!
My experience at Lovely Bride was nothing short of amazing! It says a lot that while I didn’t find my dress there, the experience was so fantastic that I wish I had. My stylist, Sammy, was so fun, kind, and really listened to what I wanted for my dress. While some places have the stylist pick out dresses for you right away, Sammy let me explore the dresses, choose some, and then she chose some options based on how I felt in the dresses I chose. I have to say, Sammy’s choices blew mine out of the water – she knew what would look the best on me! The experience was just the best and I will be recommending Lovely Bride to all my engaged friends!
We had the most magical and wonderful experience with Sammy at Lovely Bride! She was a little ray of sunshine & was so kind, knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the try-on process. Bright and airy studio that makes trying on dresses so fun! They have a wide variety of styles to choose from which helps weigh your options and styles. I worked with Rachel and had an amazing experience with her– she is calm, relaxed and sets the tone for the whole experience to make the whole process less overwhelming and all about what you love and feel good in. She quickly takes in notes on how you are feeling and what you are/aren’t loving about a dress and can pull new styles based on what she picks up. I was so surprised at some she pulled into the room for me, that I didn’t initially select, ended up being some of my favorite styles! Would absolutely recommend booking an appointment and working with her at Lovely Bride!
Tiffany at Lovely Bride made my bridal fantasy come true! I tried on close to 50 dresses at other shops and was starting to feel discouraged that I wouldn’t find “the one” or have that “aha” moment. Tiffany guided and supported me, shared her wonderful expertise, and helped me think through things and tap into my emotional side when it was most needed. My experience at Lovely Bride was wonderful! I worked with Tiffany and she was so knowledgeable and kind. She also took the time to ask who I brought with me to my appointment and spoke directly to my group if they had any questions which set a super comfortable and relaxed tone for the whole appointment! My situation is a little unique as I already purchased a wedding gown elsewhere, but will now be expecting at the time of my wedding and my original dress could not accommodate this change of my figure. Given this info, there was a specific dress that I requested for the appointment and they had it ready for me! Tiffany was on the ball and checked stock on other styles that would work well and also pulled beautiful OTR options that I could even take home with me the same day if I fell in love with one. I ultimately fell in love with an option that she chose and we were able to discuss fit, sizing, and shipping info to make sure that all aligned with my fast approaching date. I was previously in this industry for 5 years and felt super comfortable working with the team at Lovely and, even before I had my own experience, recommended them to my bff who also purchased her wedding gown there last year! One of the more fun bridal boutiques I visited!! Our stylist was so much fun and did a fantastic job pulling dresses from the wide selection based on our feedback – I was impressed she knew so many dresses so well! It was fun to be able to peruse through the racks of dresses, something not all boutiques offer. Overall wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone.

Lovely Bride definitely deserves its name, its selection is lovely! They have a wide variety and many options that are perfect for a modern bride. The shop had a charming layout that worked well for dress shopping with my bridesmaids. Very supportive and inclusive environment. My stylist, Max, was helpful and listened to my preferences, ultimately pulling out a winner that made me feel beautiful and very me! I was torn between several options and Max helped me narrow down. I received many compliments on my dress and was so happy with my choice. Scheduling the initial try-on and pick-up appointments was convenient and done online. Brides, come here so you can say ‘yes to the dress’ – and if you don’t, you’ll at least have an amazing shopping experience!

Had such a fun time trying on dresses at Lovely. The stylist I was paired with was super sweet and down to earth, never made me feel like just another sale. She was also very honest with me about pricing and availability, as my wedding date is less than 6 months away and is considered a rush order. Their selection is super diverse but organized VERY well. The showroom itself is also super open and bright, but you and your bridal party will still feel like you have your own space. All in all, a 10/10 experience!!

A quest for a bridal gown in Chicago, leads me to highly recommend Lovely Bride! Each point of contact with this bridal shop was professional, very friendly, and top notch; initial phone call, reception desk greeting, to most importantly, the appointment with Tiffany. The selection of gowns is perfectly curated and Tiffany with whom we worked cannot know more about each gown. This shop is a ‘mind melding’, enthusiatic’ (but not overbearing) read on the bride and her search for ‘her dress.’
I had the best experience here! I went to Lovely Bride for an accessories appointment as I already had my dress. Sydney went above and beyond to help me find the perfect veil for me! I was a little indecisive since I couldn’t try on my exact dress but Sydney helped me try on similar dresses to help me imagine the full look with the veils. She even let me come back to do a second try on before I committed and was so so kind about it! If I had to buy another wedding dress or any wedding accessory, I would 100% return to Lovely Bride! I purchased my wedding dress this past Sunday and Tiffany was such a great help. We keep talking about Tiffany and the wedding dress. She was so so so great.As a bigger-bust girl, I have always struggled with clothes and dresses and I just knew that Lovely Bride was going to be the place, but Tiffany really put the cherry on top of the experience. Lovely Bride Chicago was my first dress shopping experience and it was a dream! My stylist Max was so wonderful to work with and helped me find the right dress to say “yes” to without pressuring me. I had no idea what to expect going into the experience, but it definitely exceeded any expectations I did have. My entourage was also impressed and thought the boutique was darling. 11/10 🙂
I was nervous coming in as a plus size bride, but Max made me feel so confident! She was super positive throughout and the language she used was always kind, inclusive, and encouraging! It also helped that so many of the dresses and designers had amazing size ranges. All of the dresses I tried on were gorgeous and flattering on my body. I found the dress of my literal dreams and she answered every question, sharing additional tips and bits of info on care/storage/etc. that I hadn’t even thought of. Max is amazing and I’m so grateful to her and Lovely Bride!
The staff and selection at Lovely Bride were amazing! As a large lady, I went in with a lot of anxiety in terms of fit and style, but by the end of the appointment that was all gone. Styles that I previously thought wouldn’t worked for me turned out to look amazing on me and I left with a whole new idea of what I can pull off when it comes to dresses. While I did end up finding my dress at a different store, I still recommend them as a must for bridal shopping. Truly was a wonderful experience!

After trying on 60+ dresses, I had picked out what I thought was my wedding dress. I took my family and friends to Lovely Bride and found one additional dress I loved. Tiffany made my dress dreams come true by suggesting I custom order my dress with my favorite details from both dresses and it is truly exactly what I was looking for. My experience with Lovely Bride was so amazing! Max was my stylist and the dresses and veils she pulled for me were more amazing than I could’ve imagined. I ended up saying yes to the dress after Max pulled a style that wasn’t even on my radar but no other dresses compared to it. I went to so many other boutiques and I kept circling back to the dress here. Would highly recommend going in with an open mind, I’m so glad I did!!
I am so happy I made an appointment here. I went to two bridal shops right after I got engaged, and had fun experiences but wasn’t ready to purchase yet, and didn’t find a dress that I was 100% on. Their online booking and portal experience is very helpful, and their instagram is great too, I went in with screenshots of dresses I was interested in from their posts, and ended up purchasing one of them! When I walked in with my party, Tiffany greeted us and had us wait in their sitting room with refreshments. Once she was ready for us, she had my party wait while she walked my through every one of the racks and had me browse and show her all the ones I liked. Then she had me try on 3 at a time so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed. When I started narrowing down the ones that I was considering, she would immediately share the price, timeline and options with things like color or lining. I had two dresses that I kept going back and forth between, and she was so amazing with not rushing me at all and suggesting I keep trying them back on. She was so intuitive with recognizing what I needed or wanted to do (like bringing me veils, adding straps, letting me see in other rooms with different lighting, facetiming a friend, and having my sister take a video in each). They don’t have the biggest selection, but that could be a good positive thing! I purchased my dress same day and am so excited to wear it on my wedding day. Tiffany is wonderful and I’m so grateful for her!
What an amazing experience! Max is so amazing at what she does. One of the dresses she brought me became my dream dress. And then she brought a veil and suddenly I could see what my bride look was and it was magical or should I say Max-ical. This was the most supportive fitting I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to get my dress!
