Lovely Bride Seattle is looking for a bridal store manager to join our team! Helping brides find “the one” is exhilarating and rewarding- it takes energy, enthusiasm, and maturity. That is why we only hire individuals with both an eye for fashion, passion for customer service and retail sales experience.

Role Responsibilities:
- Execute the Lovely Bride standards of customer experience by helping brides find their gown and assisting your team to do so
- Help hire, train and manage team of part-time stylists
- Establish and track individual stylist goals + performance
- Meet and exceed monthly shop sales goal
- Be an expert on all Lovely Bride product in your shop
- Execute Lovely Bride merchandising best practices
- Assist in managing all customer issues with brides and the vendors in tune with Lovely Bride best practices
- Sales Event scheduling and management
- Become a systems expert in our appointment and order software to assist others in completing sales
- Become a social media marketing guru using Lovely Bride’s best practices, or delegate to team members
- Oversee operations, shipping and receiving
- Organize and delegate to keep shop tidy and up to Lovely standards
- Communicate your shop happenings with Store Owner via weekly and monthly reporting and meetings
- Network with Industry contacts, brides and local creative to drive appointments to your Lovely Bride location
- Be a mature, positive representation of our brand to team member, industry and clientele
- Contribute to a warm, positive and inspiring company culture
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of high-end retail store management experience
- Ability to work a 45-hour week Wednesdays through Sundays
- Bridal experience preferred

Lovely HQ is hiring a part-time Content Creator (Contractor / Freelance) that has a love for short-form video and bridal!
This position is based in Charleston, SC and will report to our Director of Marketing. The role will be a hybrid schedule of in-shop filming (Monday or Tuesdays) and remote filming and editing. Expected workload to be approximately 5 – 6 hours a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize and create engaging, on-trend, platform-specific video.
- Serve as on-camera talent, overseeing the entire process from concept development to production to delivering the final edited content.
- Brainstorm and create fun, original social media content.
- Creatively apply TikTok and Instagram trends to Lovely Bride, while staying on brand.
- Work directly with Lovely Bride’s HQ marketing team to create content strategy and provide any content needed for upcoming campaigns or series.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Based in Charleston, SC
- Proven experience creating & producing short-form video social media content.
- Talking on camera comes naturally.
- Expert level knowledge of TikTok and Instagram.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
