“I always knew it had to be London! Here’s the story: I found my wedding dress in London in the most adorable Chelsea ready-to-wear boutique. The stylist was the sweetest, the store vibe was unapologetically cool, and the dress was perfectly unfussy. It gave me the first glimmer of an idea to open a bridal shop in New York City when I got home. I wanted this bridal shop to have the casual nature of a ready-to-wear store, the sought-after and curated designers of a chic local boutique, and the look of your best friend’s stylish apartment. The stylist even helped me with the name. After hearing this word no less than a dozen times while shopping, it stuck – LOVELY!
The only major difference that Lovely would have from this cool London studio is that I didn’t want the bridal shopping moment to take 30 minutes to walk out with a dress. I wanted ALL the process, so I can enjoy the journey, the anticipation, and the EXPERIENCE. So in 2019, after growing the Lovely Bride collective to 18 US shops, we set our site on the mothership – Lovely Bride London was born. Today I run the shop with the help of my partner and Lovely Bride NYC owner, Erica, and we love being able to start fresh in a new country and bring our way of doing things across the pond.”

My daughter and I visited Lovely Bride London for the second time today, and once again we had the most amazing experience.
Liv was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, patient and accommodating, and really took the time to understand my daughter. My daughter is autistic and has ADHD, and Liv was incredibly understanding of the way she processes things, giving her the time and space she needed without ever making her feel rushed or under pressure.
As a mum, watching your daughter find her wedding dress is such a special experience, and Liv made it even more memorable for both of us. I have genuinely never experienced customer service like it.
I also met the manager, who was equally lovely and welcoming. What a beautiful shop and, most importantly, beautiful people. I couldn’t recommend Lovely Bride London highly enough. 🤍

I bought my wedding dress from Lovely Bride and would highly recommend future brides to visit the shop! The store had a great selection of dresses and brands and prior to my first appointment, I was able to favourite some dresses online that I liked and which I could then try on in-store.
Special shoutout to Jade who assisted me at my appointments. She was super friendly, helpful but also relaxed and made the process of choosing my dress fun. Unlike some other dress shops that I visited, Jade and the team at Lovely Bride were not pressurising and let me take time to think before I made my dress purchase, which I was very grateful for.

From walking into the studio at Love Bride London the atmosphere is so relaxing , all the staff are friendly and kind and the range of dresses is amazing! My initial appointment was with Kanwal who I felt understood what I wanted without being pushy or asking too many questions, and after choosing my own dresses to try on she was able to pick dresses from the rail which led me to trying on my perfect wedding dress ❤️ She took all the right pictures and angles meaning once I left the store I had everything I needed to make my decision! Myself , my mum and sister felt totally at ease the whole appointment and I would recommend Lovely Bride to anyone!

I had the most incredible experience at Lovely Bride London, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. From the moment I booked my appointment to saying "yaaaaaaas" to the dress, everything was seamless.
A huge thank you to my stylist, Liv, who made the entire experience so special. Before my appointment, she reached out to ask about the dresses I'd favourited on the Lovely Bride portal, which immediately made me feel like she was genuinely invested in understanding my vision. It made me even more excited for the appointment, and I loved how organised and personal everything felt from the very beginning.
I'd already visited a couple of other bridal boutiques before Lovely Bride, but the experience here was on a completely different level. Liv was warm, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and made both me and my family feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She created such a relaxed and fun atmosphere that instantly put everyone at ease.
What amazed me most was how quickly Liv understood exactly what I was looking for, even though I struggled to explain it myself! She completely understood my vision with very little guidance and chose dresses that were so "me." She was incredibly attentive, listened to every little preference I had (even my very particular ones!), and never once made me feel rushed or pressured.
Thanks to Liv's expertise, encouragement, and genuine passion for what she does, I found my dream dress and said yes! It was such a memorable, emotional, and joyful experience, and I couldn't have asked for a better stylist to guide me through it.

I had such a fun and brilliant experience at Lovely. Jade was wonderful from start to finish. She made us all feel warmly welcomed and she allowed us plenty of time. Once there was a front runner she suggested a second viewing the next day as I had brides maids travelling in to be part of the experience. I had the BEST time/experience at Lovely Bride London. Lovely bride was my first shop but I have also visited a couple of other shops and they did not compare. Milly was so warm and friendly. I was nervous about trying on dresses but I felt truly listened to and seen during the appointment which made it such a fun and enjoyable experience. I have since then had my follow up and bought my dream dress which I cannot wait to pick up!

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. The sales assistant was unfriendly and completely disengaged. My friend, who was trying on wedding dresses, received no real assistance during her fitting, the sales assistant handed her the dresses, and my friend had to put them on herself. We had to ask twice to get a veil
There was a clear lack of attentiveness and proactive support. On top of that, the showroom was dirty, with hair and insects everywhere.

I had booked an appointment as I was drawn to the Rue de Seine and Saint dresses – I was worried about the lead time and I actually purchased my outfit elsewhere shortly before my appointment. When I phoned up to explain and cancel, the store manager was so understanding, despite me being out of the 48 hours grace time. She was super kind, flexible and gave me a full refund. Hopefully another bride will take my slot!

Had the best experience here with the whole team, but particularly Alyssa, who was so welcoming and genuinely kind! Every dress we pulled was a hit, mostly because Alyssa really took the time to get to know me and connect. I never felt pressured to buy anything or make a quick decision, which made me feel so comfortable. She was so attentive in both the initial appointment and the follow-up, and you really got the sense she cared. The store itself is lovely, and the entire experience was super relaxing (for me and the whole group). I was so sure I had to buy at least something from Lovely because of how amazing Alyssa was!!

Absolutely loved my experience here. Had my first appointment with Jade who was so lovely and accommodating. She also gave me some great recommendations as I tried on a few different styles. My best friend and I were the only ones in the shop during the appointment so it felt super special. I came back for a follow up appointment before I locked down my dress, Kanwal looked after me that time. She was so lovely with my parents and overall was so warm and bubbly it made the appointment so fun.
At Lovely Bride not only do they have amazing dresses but the whole team does go above and beyond for you. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience with my stylist Kanwal. I went in with no expectations after some lack lustre appointments previously but that was quickly turned around the minute I entered the shop. The experience was 10/10.
I was so impressed and felt very looked after. Kanwal made sure I was fitted properly into every dress.
After a very special and fun appointment I ended up finding my dream dress! Kanwal listened to me throughout the appointment and ended up picking something out for me that I didn’t have on my list. It was perfect.
I had the most amazing experience and it helps that the shop is absolutely gorgeous too. From start to finish i felt really looked after. Highly recommend.

I have had a FABULOUS time choosing my wedding dress there. I was treated like a princess, and Kanwal was nothing short of perfect. She is just naturally nice, has achieved the perfect balance of nice and personable and excited for her customers but never tips into the "too much to be true" side of things. She was SO accomodating for me, I asked for a last minute appointment ON A SUNDAY and she made it happen so my best friend could see the dress while she was visiting me in London… I couldn't have hoped for a better place to choose my dress and they have a FABULOUS collection – very couture and fairytale like but with a range of prices that make it possible to dream big. I visited Lovely Bride in the hopes of finding my wedding dress after visiting many other stores locally in the Midlands, so I had made a special trip to London for Lovely bride for a particular dress.
I just wanted to say from the moment I stepped into Lovely Bride, Kanwal, my advisor was amazing! She was so attentive, listened to my thoughts and kept me at ease throughout the entire appointment. I can't say enough wonderful things about Millie! She made my experience filled with joy and laughter. I felt extremely comfortable with her and my family also loved her. Like most brides, I visited quite a few wedding dress shops before finding the one, and none came close to the experience I had with Jade at Lovely Bride.
Jade made the entire process genuinely enjoyable. She struck the perfect balance between being fun and relaxed while also incredibly knowledgeable about designers, materials, and every detail we asked about. It never felt pushy or overly sales-focused, which really stood out compared to some other places.
It honestly felt like Jade cared most about me having a great experience, regardless of where I bought my dress. As it happens, I did find my dress at Lovely Bride, and my second favourite was there too, which says a lot about their beautiful selection.
If you’re after something a bit different from the typical London bridal boutiques, Lovely Bride is the place to go, and Jade is absolutely the person to see.

I visited the Lovely bride store to try on a few dresses for the first time and all the staff were so friendly. I was assigned to Milly who was absolutely amazing throughout. She understood what I was looking for in a dress but also acknowledged that this was my first time so there was no pressure which was amazing. Lovely Bride is an absolute MUST VISIT! I went along to their sip and see for a really good browse at their dresses. Instantly the staff were so warm and welcoming and make the experience so special. They had SUCH a good selection of stylish dresses in a good range of sizes to try. I really recommend the sip and see so you can see what you like/get excited ahead of your appointment. When I went back for my try appointment Kanwal already knew what I was liking from my online portal. She made the experience so special getting us some bubbles for me and my try on party. We honestly thought we had found the one and she very helpfully informed me of an upcoming trunk show where the dress would have some discount which she didn't have to do and was so kind! Unfortunately I have since found the one somewhere else but wanted to stress how brilliant this shop is and its amazing staff! If you want a LOVELY experience, this is the place for you.

The best bridal shop in London! After searching for dresses in various other boutiques around London, I had by far the best trying-on experience at Lovely. My stylist was Jade, she was amazing throughout the experience, and recommended styles she thought would suit me – which ended up being exactly what I was looking for! Although I ended up getting a custom dress made elsewhere, I called Jade back almost a year later to purchase my second look with Lovely Bride. Throughout, they have been incredibly helpful and dealt with many last minute requests from me. I can not recommend this wonderful place enough. I have recently purchased my wedding dress from Lovely Bride, after 3 appointments. In these appointments, I felt completely comfortable, validated and put under zero pressure by the sales assistants.
I wanted to call out Jade in particular for having such amazing energy, advice and enthusiasm throughout the process & for being key in helping me (a very indecisive person) make this huge decision!
I attended one other Bridal studio in my search for a wedding dress and had a completely different experience there – I felt under pressure, awkward and uncomfortable. The experience with the team at Lovely Bride London was incomparable to this!!

Where can I even begin outside of saying how INCREDIBLE the Lovely Bride London team is?! I first got in touch in early/mid March 2025 — which was quite behind in preparing for our October 2025 NYC wedding. While I had a clear vision and designer in mind heading into my first appointment, Lovely Bride London was still the very first shop I walked into on my wedding dress journey and plenty of nerves / self-doubt set in. I went to a few different bridal shops to find my dress and lovely bride was by far the best! My appointment was with Kanwal and she was amazing! Made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the whole appointment, understood exactly what I wanted and helped me find the perfect dress. She wasn’t in any way pushy and was 100% transparent about prices and timeframes. I went to my appointment on my own and Kanwal made sure she took loads of photos and videos of the dresses so I could show family and friends and she even encouraged me to walk around and sit down in the dresses to make sure I was comfortable! Couldn’t recommend them enough, they have the most beautiful dresses and the the best personable customer service to match!! Can’t wait to go and collect my dress 🤍

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lovely Bride when shopping for my wedding dress! Booking the appointment was smooth and easy, and after confirming, I was given access to a personalized page where I could save the dresses I liked. I really appreciated the transparency on pricing—it made everything feel so much easier and less stressful.
Serena, my stylist, was amazing! Even though my best man and I were a bit late for my first appointment, she was so kind and took the time to make us feel welcome. The room was all set up just for us, and she greeted us with bubbles, which was such a nice touch. She gave me plenty of time to try on dresses and was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Serena even encouraged me to try a wild card dress, which turned out to be fun!

I had an incredible experience at lovely brides London. I was with stylist Serena who made me feel hyped before I even tried on anything which was amazing as I was initially quite nervous with it being my first experience trying on dresses. She had looked at my lookbook and took time to listen to what I was thinking of in a dress before we started trying on. She didn't discount any options and also selected pieces she thought I would suit. It turned out none of these were needed as I found my dress the minute I tried the first dress on. We both knew it was the one for me. Serena encouraged me to try others also to make sure I was certain. She was kind, empathetic and all round "Lovely". She gave me plenty of options for accessorising and advice. She completed my fitting in a professional and dignified manner. I will forever be grateful to Serena. She is an asset to the lovely brides team!! I have since placing my order had a query about sizes and Serena, jay and the team couldn't have done more to help me, reaching out to the dress designer to find the perfect dress size for me. Wow what can I say – I went to multiple boutiques and had a great experience at all of them but Lovely Bride really stood out to me thanks to Serena. She was able to pin the dresses back the best and gave me the clearest sense of what the dress could look like on the day, gave me plenty of support throughout the entire decision making process, was incredibly patient and engaging despite my 'umms and ahhs' – I didn't feel rushed at all. Overall she just made the whole dress shopping experience as stress-free as possible. Lovely Bride also has a great selection of dresses but the service is what I want to highlight here. Gave me so much time and patience to describe what makes me feel good (and not so good) and were so knowledgable about their gowns. I visited Lovely London on a peak trading day and was met with the warmest welcome amongst 2 other future brides. Jade was assigned as my stylist and she showed me countless options to suit the brief I’d given her. She really listened to what I loved or disliked about each gown and patiently offered an alternative each time. Jade was never pushy, she knew her styles and her stock and found me the PERFECT dress. I could not praise this beautiful oasis of a store more!! I had visited two boutiques before visiting Lovely Bride, and was struggling to find a dress that I felt most myself in. The gorgeous Jade greeted me and listened to all of my ideas, concerns. Then, like the bridal wonder-woman she is, she began to pull together my vision seamlessly. They have a great range of different dresses from designers and without a really scary price tag! Kanwal took such good care of me, was really transparent about the price of each dress she gave me, made me and my friend feel comfortable immediately and encouraged us to be really honest with our feelings about the dresses I tried on! The appointment was very relaxed, prosecco and lots of time with each dress to properly decide. I said yes to the very first dress I tried on! And amazingly the sample fit me perfectly so Kan did me a lovely deal on that and I picked it up the following week 😁 super happy and can't wait for the big day! Thanks, Kan!

Jade made my day trying on dresses so fun! She let my mum and sisters pick out dresses for me to try on too so everyone got to get involved in the day. She pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me try on a dress she thought I would like and that needed up being the dress!

I had the absolutely best experience at Lovely London. I highly recommend every new bride to come try their dresses (they have a great amount of styles and fabrics). I was lucky to have Kanwal help me on the day and at my retrial. She was so amazing, listened to my must haves, checked in on how I was feeling and made sure to listen to my opinions over the people I brought with. You could tell she enjoyed her work but that she also had the background knowledge of how to make the dress fit properly for the fitting so you could have as true a picture as possible. Also, thank you for having such extensive choice, and for the online look book and preparation beforehand, it’s genius. The lovely store itself is a lovely temperature (don’t worry about being too hot in the summer!!) and is so light and airy. The lighting is great too! I’m a size 14 – 16 and the samples fit☺️

Had my appointment with Kan today at LovelyBride and even though I didn’t find my dress in the end…the service and attention to detail received was the best we had all day. Kan made us feel so at ease during the process and had some great suggestions and really listened to my likes and dislikes.

I just purchased my wedding dress from Lovely bride! The dresses are gorgeous, they have a great selection. What’s even better is the service – it’s so personal and they make you feel so comfortable (special mention to Kanwal)! I was quite nervous about wedding dress shopping after seeing horror stories online but the staff at Lovely bride make you feel so welcomed. They’re very inclusive and body positive which is fab. Such a lovely shop and with incredible customer service – Serena got in touch with me beforehand to gauge my likes and dislikes. The space itself when you go in is gorgeous and has beautiful lighting, and me and my bridesmaids and mum were treated to Prosecco. A Dream Come True at Lovely Bride – Thank You, Serena!
I must confess, the thought of picking out my wedding dress filled me with dread rather than excitement. Not being an avid shopper completely overwhelmed by social media scrolling, and quite apprehensive about the whole process, I had visited several boutiques on my own without any success, which only added to my anxiety. My journey changed for the better when I discovered Lovely Bride on instagram – A boutique celebrating different / realistic body types and skin tones? Yes please . Mixed with hope and skepticism, I decided to give myself one last opportunity to find a dream dress (9 weeks out from the wedding and arriving at the store on my own as near point of breakdown :)
From the moment I sent my initial email, Serena at Lovely Bride was a beacon of support and understanding. She took the time to ask detailed questions, helping me envision and articulate what I wanted in a dress and letting me know what was achievable in my timeframe – a task I had found daunting before our interaction.
The boutique's selection was brilliant, featuring a diverse range of designers and styles that seemed to explore and celebrate individual tastes. I tried so many looks I had seen online, but couldn't find them all in a single boutique anywhere else – Serena's guidance through the assortment was invaluable. She was patient, attentive, funny and incredibly insightful. Taking the edge off the experience and morphing it into something I was actually enjoying!
To my surprise, I found not just one, but several fabulous dresses that made me feel confident and absolutely gorgeous—emotions I hadn't expected to associate with a wedding dress. Ultimately, I said "yes" to a dress I would never have imagined choosing at the start. It perfectly accentuates my best features—a dress I believe my fiancé will adore.
I am currently tailoring the dress, eagerly anticipating our big day. My heartfelt thanks to Serena for turning apprehension into one of the most memorable and fun experiences of my wedding preparations. I am happy and excited to wear this dress! I was absolutely blown away by my experience at Lovely Bride with the amazing Kanwal. I visited a few places and this was by far the best experience I had. The space is lovely, calm & inviting, the dresses are amazing (check out their Rue De Seine collection!) and the service was just incredible. Kanwal prepped some of my favourite things in advance as well as being so flexible & helpful on the day. She coped with me being on crutches by being so so helpful getting things on and off, without any judgement & put me and my guests totally at ease. The best thing was that she really understood that finding your perfect dress isn't always the quickest or easiest and she encouraged me to take my time and get it right. She also asked all the right questions like 'how does it make you feel?' and 'which one really made you feel beautiful?' to help me make a decision. I would thoroughly recommend Lovely Bride to anyone & honestly cannot thank Kanwal enough.

The range of styles on offer combined with quality of the dresses made me choose a Lovely Bride dress – and I am picky. Jade really looked after me so well and made the experience memorable in the good way! She was patient with me and I didn't feel at all rushed which is such a comfort. She also made herself available at short notice when my friend wanted to view the favourite dress and was so understanding with my budget. The premises are easy to find and the downstairs area is beautifully designed, with ample space and just enough decoration so that the atmosphere is romantic but doesn't detract from the focus of the dresses. Attention to detail in each aspect was very much appreciated and it would be hard to find fault with Lovely Bride London.

Jade was so amazing! It was such a relaxing and positive experience, she was so intuitive and put me at ease; there to help whenever we needed but also allowed us lots of space. Our Prosecco was always topped up 🥰 the shop itself is a gorgeous setting and the dresses are stunning and of high quality. Can’t wait to go back.

Serena was the one who helped me and she was so lovely and patient and really took the time to understand what I wanted or didn’t want. So so so happy with my experience with Serena! She was so lovely, quick and efficient. When I liked a certain style, she would pull similar dresses so I had multiple options. She also let me try on dresses that weren’t my style just for fun! She made me feel so comfortable and I ended up finding my wedding dress 🙂 thanks again!

If you are ever unsure of where to go for your wedding dress shopping. You have to go to lovely bride London. Serena was just amazing, so bubbly, welcoming, knowledgable, and fitted in with my little group perfectly! She picked out my dream dress (which wasn’t anything like what I had picked out from the website) before I had even tried anything on. She’s that good! I wish I could go back and relive the whole experience there. It was second to none and I couldn’t have bought a dress from a more lovely group of ladies! Thank you soooo much!!

Serena was a fantastic host of our bridal party: I recommend her to everyone: she was helpful, she listened to what the bride wanted but also challenged us and recommended wild cards that we loved. I would definitely come back because of the great service from Serena. We love Serena.

Lovely Bride was the 4th shop I visited and I found the online portal so helpful for picking the dresses I wanted to try beforehand and making sure they had the styles I wanted. Sandra was so lovely on the day and made the experience so memorable, she even got emotional with my sister and I when I found my dress! If I had come here first I would have saved myself lots of time and money in appointment charges!

Kanwal was amazing! She not only was an amazing stylist but a great addition to the dress squad. She made really helpful suggestions and picked a dress out I would never have expected to like and put it on and said yes to it! My experience at Lovely last weekend was amazing! The store is beautiful, bright and spacious and I was lucky enough to have the whole place to myself. I'd been finding dress shopping quite stressful as I'm almost 6 months pregnant, which makes visualising what the dress will be like on my non-pregnant body next year quite tricky, but I felt comfortable from start to finish and Jade was brilliant at selecting styles for me to try. I ended up purchasing a dress that I would never have picked out by myself but it is definitely the right style and fit for me and I can't wait to pick it up next year! Thank you so much!

Lovely bride was the most BEAUTIFUL experience from start to finish, we had the Joy of having Serena help me out! She had called me a few days before and listened so carefully to me and when I arrived there was so much ease. We were downstairs in the very private, beautiful (and not to mention large) studio space! Serena was intuitive and skilled in the way she supported and provided all the right dresses as per my initial thoughts and made me feel so comfortable. I’m so impressed! I worked with Serena at the new Lovely Bride London location. It was my first ever dress fitting and was such a wonderful experience! The showroom is beautiful and the variety of dresses was fantastic. Serena was so knowledgable and lovely to work with. She was patient and encouraging and made me feel so comfortable. Lovely Bride London genuinely are passionate about creating a magical experience for Brides. This was my second bridal shop that I visited, a huge difference in choices of dresses. Special shout out to Jade who went above and beyond with finding me the right dress, she carefully listened to what I like/dislike and was able to find a selection of dresses that were suitable for me. I had a slight hiccup (no fault of the company) and with their support we were able to find a resolution within 24hrs. Lovely Bride was the third shop I tried in looking for a wedding dress and they were beyond amazing! I had come to them with only 6 months before my wedding and did not think they would be able to offer the selection of dresses they did! Aneta was brilliant at pulling a number of dresses in the style I liked as well as a few surprises I hadn’t expected but loved! She really put me at ease and made the experiences so enjoyable and lovely. Will be recommending Lovely Bride to all my friends when they are looking for dresses!

Thank you Jade for making my dress shopping such a magical experience. From beginning to end the process was amazing. The portal was a great start and Jade chatted with me on a call in preparation for my appointment. The Boutique is beautiful and elegant and I felt special the moment I walked through the door. We were greeted with a glass of fizz and Jade had all my dress choices ready and waiting for me. In the end I chose a dress not on my wishlist but rather something new that Jade had suggested I try. And that was "The One". Jade was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you Lovely Bride for an amazing experience. From creating my own ‘look book’ online, to the phone consultation ahead of the appointment, to the glass of Prosecco and beautiful dressing room – it was so much fun and stress-free!
And the cherry on the cake? I found my wedding dress! Sandra was so friendly, she listened to what I wanted and she gave me and my bridesmaids time to chat. I felt so at ease and looked after!

I had the most amazing experience at Lovely Bride! The customer portal is fantastic as you have access to all prices right from the start, and you can select your favourites to give the stylists a chance to prepare. A couple weeks before my appointment a stylist got in touch to ask some additional questions. The stylists gather a lot of information and I felt really cared for even before the appointment.
When I had my appointment it was with Sandra, who was truly incredible! She'd already looked up our wedding venue, and was *so* prepared even though she was covering for a poorly colleague. Even when I struggled to articulate what I was looking for, she chose pieces that looked and felt totally right for me. When I had a work drama come up mid-appointment (highly recommend leaving your phone alone if you can!!), she was so patient while I sorted things out, and was massively supportive and informative throughout, giving styling suggestions that really transformed some of the dresses we tried. I ended up falling in love with a sample dress and taking it home the same day, and as someone who was pretty daunted by the whole dress shopping experience, I can't believe how excited I am to wear my wedding dress. It really is the best bridal shopping experience! Lovely Bride was the first bridal appointment I did and Sandra made my experience just so fun and comfortable! I found a dress I loved but didn’t say yes in the first appointment as I wanted to try on more dresses. I came out of the appointment feeling excited to come back and after a few other appointments at different bridal shops, it only became even more apparent that the dress I loved was the one and that Sandra’s customer service is the best! She’s very attentive, knowledgeable and made myself and my guests feel welcomed. They have so many lovely dresses in their collection which fit so nicely and feel and look elegant. It’s been such an unforgettable experience and I’m so happy to be part of the Lovely Bride community! I’m recommending Lovely Bride to all my bride friends 🙂

I really enjoyed my experience at Lovely Bride. I arrived to a warm welcome and a glass of fizz. The boutique is gorgeous and calm with a lovely spacious fitting area and a great selection of dresses.
After trying on dresses at another bridal store I arrived at Lovely Bride confused about what I wanted. Jade was incredible and skilfully guided me through some dress options, suggesting great additional pieces to help me narrow down the style I preferred. Jade has loads of knowledge and endless patience! I really appreciated her letting me come back twice, once to show my mum the dress and again for me to try on additional sizes as I was between measurements.
I also really liked the online portal feature. It was so helpful to view what dresses they have in the boutique with the ability to save my favourites. Jade also updated it to show the dresses I had tried on during the appointment so I could look back in my own time.
This is the best boutique you will not regret going. Thanks again to Jade and the team!

Lovely bridal is such a great boutique! It was my fifth dress shop and I was starting to loose hope in finding ‘the one!’ But Sandra was so lovely and made me feel completely at ease from the second I stepped into the shop. The boutique has such a relaxed vibe and beautiful decor.. it has a really special feel. Sandra had researched my venue before I came along which I thought was so sweet, and made great suggestions for what she thought would work with the venue. I’m so chuffed I found my dress at Lovely, as it was definitely the best overall experience I received out of all of the boutiques I had visited. I had *the best* experience at Lovely Bride. This was the first boutique I visited and ended up being the last!
The boutique itself is stunning with so many incredible dresses to choose from. My friends and I felt very pampered, being offered a glass of fizz!
I went in with a dress in mind but left with one that was a completely different style, but just as stunning.
Jade, the stylist, is amazing! She was so supportive and knowledgeable – she didn’t rush me into buying a dress and I felt she genuinely just wanted to help me find my dream dress! She definitely went above and beyond – patiently letting me try on SO many dresses, seeing me through to my second appointment (where I said yes to the dress!) and finding solutions to help me get my dress under a tight turnaround!
I could not recommend the boutique and Jade more! I wish all shopping experiences were like this!

Katarina, THANK YOU! The stylist I got for my appointment will now be a treasured memory of my wedding.
This was my first bridal appointment and I didn't come with the idea of purchasing a gown on the spot although I did have my heart set out on one.
She was perfect and I felt supported all the way, even when I had trouble deciding. Ended up with a completely different gown which I love even more and she created the space for me to try on, feel special and walk out with my dress in a little over an hour.
Everyone at the boutique is lovely and they make an amazing team!

Lovely appointment with Sandra 🙂 she was an absolute sweetheart who made me feel comfortable straight away. Loved the online browsing system which takes away a lot of pressure and saves time avoiding you getting lost in the shop.
Sandra also took incredible care of my bridesmaids making this first appointment a truly memorable experiece! Place is gorgeous, clean and friendly. Would 100% reccomend x

Lovely Bride was more than lovely, they were everything in between as well. From the moment I made my appointment online, the process was smooth, professional and friendly. Chloe, my stylist, was fantastic as well; friendly, down to earth, helpful, caring and fun. When I was searching for men dress I went to a lot of different stores and they were the best. At the moment they are keeping my dress so I am hoping that the pick up will be as easy and amazing as the appointment. I’ve booked the appointment literally two days before, last minute as I found out they had several very boho like designers that I loved. I had to pick from sample dresses which was all I had budget for but the first dress I put on I fell in love and bought 🥰and I would have easily picked another one! I don’t drink but the girls are so friendly and lovely and always on hand to offer bubbles, water or any help they can. I’ve said yes to the dress what more can anyone want from a bridal appointment!

My appointment at Lovely Bride was with the lovely Chloe who was very friendly, helpful and most importantly honest. I didn't feel pressured at all on the day and she was patient and took me through all my options. The boutique is also gorgeous and we really appreciated the fizz! Would highly recommend visiting Lovely Bride as they have some really beautiful dresses and the customer service was fantastic.

Thanks so much to Natasha and the lovely bride team for such a wonderful experience. It was great to pick out dresses in advance on the app so it didn’t feel too overwhelming and also meant more time could be spent trying the dresses on rather than picking which to try. Natasha was so knowledgeable about the dresses and had researched my venue in advance to know what the setting will be like and offered great advice around this. It felt really personal and the space was gorgeous, I was in the upstairs changing room which was private and very spacious. I could walk around in the dresses to see how they move 🙂

I had such an amazing experience at Lovely Bride London. It was only the second boutique I visited and I found a dress I loved straight away. Natasha was an absolute joy, so friendly and helpful. I never felt pushed to make a purchase, it just naturally happened as they sell some stunning designs! I went back twice, once to check the train length and once to buy a top change for the evening look and all times they have been super helpful. Would highly recommend!

The BEST bridal experience I've ever had! Beautiful and stylish boutique, friendly and knowledgable staff but you don't ever feel rushed or pushed into purchasing, you just feel they honestly want you to find that perfect dress for you on your special day! The collections they stock are unlike any other London boutique, perfect for a younger modern bride. There's also a really cute coffee shop next door to get your caffeine fix. I LOVE LOVELY BRIDE!

The first shop I visited on my journey to find the one. As soon as I entered, I felt completely welcomed and special to have my own private space to try on dresses. I had an idea of the dress I wanted which helped but Natasha, my stylist, was so unbelievably attentive and made me feel relaxed from the beginning. Luckily the first dress I tried on, was the one I went with but Natasha made me feel 1000% sure and happy with my decision. I went to pick it up yesterday and was pleased Natasha was there to help with tips for alterations and extras. Would 100% recommend and in fact, I've already sent a friend your way. The Lovely Bride store in London is absolutely wonderful! Very clean, nicely decorated… just lovely! If the room and setting does not already make you feel at ease, the people will definitely! We had the luck of meeting Sandra, who is really the kindest. She was very knowledgeable, fitted the dresses perfectly and had great suggestions. She made our visit truly special. Even after the appointment, she was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Definitely a must visit if you are looking for your wedding dress!

Absolutely gorgeous boutique, just lovely and clean, very relaxed environment and so nice to have a private room to try the gowns on.
The ladies were so helpful, friendly and kind and it was so nice to get a glass of prosecco where other places have stopped doing that! It really felt like the proper bridal experience!
My only critique is that the dress I ended up buying was £100 more than what was on the tag / I was quoted so that was a touch disappointing but other than that I would highly recommend this boutique over the others I went to!
