Tell us about the dress and what inspired your look.
The dress was one of the first ones I tried on. It was so perfect and I fell in love. The style was so romantic and sweet. I was lucky enough to meet Anna Campbell at Lovely so she was able to tie the dress on me exactly the way it was meant to be. It could not have been more perfect.
What were the most important details to pulling off your dream wedding?
Trusting your vendors. They know the best flowers for that time of year or the best angles for photos so let them have fun with it. And for us, the most important thing was not getting too stressed. As a couple we were so relaxed so I think it really allowed us to have a wonderful time.
What was the most memorable moment?
The most memorable moment was Jonathan’s speech. It was so real, heartfelt and had such an impact on me and the other guests.
If you could give future brides any advice, what would it be?
Take planning one step at a time and everything will get done. It’s overwhelming to try to tackle all areas of a wedding at once. Most importantly, focus on your fiancé and the fact that you two are becoming a family. Have fun with it and all you need is love.
