About Lovely Bride:

Lovely Bride is a curated bridal boutique redefining the wedding dress shopping experience. We believe in creating a warm, inclusive, and personalized environment where every bride feels celebrated and confident.

About the Role:

Lovely Bride is seeking a warm, upbeat Front of House team member to create an inviting, organized, and exceptional client experience in our New York City showroom. You will be a brand ambassador who supports stylists, manages client flow, and helps maintain showroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with positive energy; ensure every guest feels welcome and supported
  • Create and maintain an inviting, organized showroom and client-facing areas
  • Coordinate appointment flow, manage wait lists and adjust schedules as needed
  • Handle client communications: email inboxes, phone calls, text confirmations
  • Support stylists with go-backs, fittings, and client needs during appointments
  • Contribute to sales goals; help maximize qualified appointments and identify business opportunities
  • Assist with in-store events, trunk shows, and social media content as requested
  • Help with showroom displays, inventory care, and operational/marketing tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, engaging, customer-service focused; thrives on connecting with people
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Comfortable using email and phone for client communications
  • Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Contribute a team-player attitude

New York City Part-Time Stylist

About the Role:

As a Bridal Stylist, you’ll guide brides through one of the most meaningful shopping experiences of their lives. This is a sales-driven, customer-focused role where you’ll combine styling expertise with genuine connection to help each bride find their perfect wedding dress. You’ll own your appointments from start to finish – welcoming clients, understanding their vision, styling gowns and accessories, and confidently closing each sale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Host one-on-one bridal appointments, creating a warm, personalized, and celebratory experience for every bride and their guests
  • Style wedding looks from our curated designer collection of gowns and accessories
  • Build genuine relationships with brides and their loved ones
  • Offer excellent customer service before, during, and after every bride’s appointment
  • Meet personal sales goals while keeping the experience feel-good and pressure-free
  • Keep the shop looking inviting, organized, and ready for every appointment
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team who genuinely love what they do

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have retail, bridal, or customer-facing experience (bridal is a plus, not a must!)
  • You have a genuine love for fashion, styling and helping people feel their most confident
  • Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, appointment-based retail environment
