Lovely HQ – Marketing Assistant
Lovely Bride HQ

Lovely Bride HQ is looking for an entry-level (0 – 2 years experience) Marketing Assistant that has a love for bridal, but a stronger love for data and attention to detail. Join a small team with an entrepreneurial spirit where you can wear multiple hats and endless wedding dresses. Ideal candidate is self-motivated, responsible, and has an eagerness to learn. This position is based in Charleston, SC and will report to our Director of Content + Social Media. The role will be a hybrid schedule of in office and remote work. Some travel required. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Marketing Assistant Responsibilities to include but not limited to: 

PAID ADVERTISING 

  • Assistant with paid ads on FB, IG and Promoted Pins 

WEBSITE 

  • Assist in writing blog posts.
  • Image formatting for website products, website pages and blog posts.
  • Data entry for website products.
  • Assist in uploading Real Bride photos to the website.
  • Assist in website updates. 

EMAIL

  • Assist in email campaigns – content, copy and formatting.
  • Assist in managing email accounts.
  • Assist in managing bride communication changes. 

CONTENT

  • Assist on pulling content across all Lovely Bride stores (real brides + in store).
  • Assist on pulling real bride photos for website and social channels.
  • Assist in finding relevant Influencers.
  • Assist in scheduling Influencer try-ons across Lovely Bride shops.
  • Assist on campaign photo shoots.
  • Assist with creating Instagram assets. 

PR & EVENTS

  • Assist with third parties for styled shoots and lending.

BRAND ASSETS

  • Assist with coordinating brand assets and merch.

OTHER

  • Assist Director of Content + Social Media with any other designated projects. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Must be based in Charleston, SC.
  • Must have a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or another related field.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop and Lightroom, preferred.
  • Experience with scheduling and reporting tools such as Tailwind, Planoly and Iconosquare preferred.
