Kate + Josh were married on October 18 in Kauai, Hawaii surrounded by 225 family members and friends from 8 different states and Canada. The couple is all about color in their everyday lives, and wanted to do something completely different for their wedding, so they went with a glam, greyscale with lots of texture. As for the venue, McBryde and Allerton Gardens, they didn’t even see it until the day of the wedding, as Kate’s father wanted to surprise them with a lush setting to contrast their icy look. The bride, a graphic designer and DIY queen, took over the decor and handcrafted almost everything! The crowns, the cape, the bouquets, and even more, were made by Kate and her bridesmaids. Believe it or not, Josh was just as into the theme as Kate, and insisted on wearing this amazing sequin blazer! The groomsmen even had shiny silver bowties! The guests joined in the and wore black, grey, and silver to complete the vision Kate and Josh dreamed up.
Congratulations to the coolest couple out there, we wish you both love and happiness all your lives!
