Featuring a deep V neckline, with button details leading down to a center front skirt slit. The tiered bell sleeve and ruffle detail at the hem also add an element of flirtiness to the gown. Rowan can be customized various ways, from removing the hem ruffle or sleeve ruffle, or raising the neckline. If you are looking to bring the drama, Rowan is your girl.
