Bridal Market is our favorite time of year. We live for seeing designers’ new collections and even discovering new wedding dress designers to stock in our Lovely Bride shops.
Plus Bridal Market is a time when all of our store owners come together in New York City. This gives us an opportunity to catch up with each other, of course. But more importantly it gives us a chance to brainstorm ways to better serve, you, our brides. You can almost always find us strategizing on how we can ensure you have the absolute best experience finding your dress in our shops.

We took you along to appointments and shows and asked for your feedback on what you’d like to see more of at Lovely Bride. Here you’ll find a recap of the some of our favorite trends seen at the 2020 Bridal Market. And we’ll introduce you to two new designers (Prea James and Georgia Young) that we will begin carrying in select stores! Trend: Off the Shoulder
(above) New Designer Alert, Lovelies: meet Georgia Young. We’ll stock Georgia Young gowns at Lovely Bride NYC, Lovely Bride Dallas and our first international store in London UK opening in Spring 2020. It is truly hard to pick just one but this Met dress drips with style. The fabric of the Met is actually a micro fine mesh, so up close, it has a bit of a tough edge.

(right) Suzanne Neville giving us more modern vibes with this off-the-shoulder style featuring clean folds on the crossover bodice. We carry Suzanne Neville wedding gowns at Lovely Bride shops in Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Seattle, and Washington D.C.

(above) Always a Lovely Bride favorite, Sarah Seven, gives us all of the romance with tulle draped softly off-the-shoulder and a dramatic train. Sarah Seven is stocked in Lovely Bride shops in: Charleston, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Philadelphia. Phoenix, and Washington D.C.
Trend: Cutouts
(left) Prea James is another new designer we are excited to debut for our brides at Lovely Bride Dallas, Denver, New York, and San Diego. This style is modern with a sexy touch- featuring a subtle cutout at the waist. We also love the short sleeves, mock-neck, and split front.
(right) Scout Bridal delivers the cutout trend on a sheath style off-the-shoulder wedding dress. The dress makes us smile but so does Scout’s cheery model. You can find Scout in our Atlanta, Charleston, Cincinnati, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and Phoenix Lovely Bride shops.
Trend: One Shoulder
(above) Our Lovely Bride NYC shop is the Alexandra Grecco flagship (meaning we have ALL of the styles) so luckily we don’t have to choose just one. But if we had to, it may be this one shoulder number. This will be in a lot of Lovely Bride shops this Spring! We carry her in LA, Miami, Houston, Dallas, Rochester, Philadelphia, Charleston, San Francisco, Cincinnati and our newest US shop opening in November in Charlotte, N.C.
Trend: One Shoulder
(left) At Chosen by One Day we snapped this shimmering, metallic one-shoulder wedding dress for the bride who isn’t afraid to go her own way with a non-white wedding dress! Chosen by One Day is available at almost all Lovely Bride locations (except Lovely Bride Dallas.)
(right) Another Georgia Young wedding dress that we loved. This one is a structured one-shoulder look that has eye-catching details at the waist and hips.
Trend: Cowlneck
(above) At Katherine Tash, we loved this strapless wedding dress with the unexpected cowl-neck detail. You can find more Katherine Tash at our Lovely Bride stores in Atlanta, Charleston, and New York City.
Trend: Clean Lines
(left) Prea James with an effortlessly simple but sexy wedding dress. We know our brides will like the clean construction, a deep v neckline, and split front.
(right) Theia delivers modern, clean wedding dress silhouettes season after season. We loved the seam detailing on the deep v neckline and through the low hip that adds just a touch of boho. Trend: Romantic A- Line
(left) Tara Lauren is a bride favorite for romantic wedding dresses. The intricately detailed a line frame with floral bodice, deep v neckline, and voluminous skirt was stunning. We love the nude color too. Tara Lauren is available in almost all Lovely Bride locations.
