Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with brides, maintaining an excellent level of customer service
  • Guide brides through their dress selection
  • Styling brides from head to toe
  • Managing client follow up and interactions post-sale
  • Become a product expert on all Lovely Bride products and policies
  • Identify and communicate inventory voids based on client feedback
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
  • Participate in pre-bridal market focus groups with the store manager to advise on product assortments
  • Answer emails, phone calls, and DMs
  • Willingly take on miscellaneous store tasks during downtime or before/after appointments
  • Develop creative and engaging social media content
  • Oversee all social media accounts
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely manner
  • Work with Store Manager to manage regular posting schedule
  • Merchandise showroom and maintain sales floor freshness including cleaning
  • Contribute to a warm, positive, and inspiring company culture
  • Be a Lovely Bride brand advocate, building our community and reputation beyond the existing clients

Requirements

  • 2 years of bridal retail experience
  • 1-2 years of social media marketing experience
  • Strong work ethic and a positive demeanor
  • Obsessed with customer satisfaction
  • Sales oriented
  • Eye for style and accessorizing
  • Experience with POS or 0rder management software

Schedule & Compensation

  • 40 hours a week
  • 5-day work week, Tuesday-Sunday on a rota basis
  • Combination of base salary based on experience and commission
  • 28 days paid holiday to include bank holidays
  • Pension scheme

Los Angeles Assistant Manager

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Lovely Bride standards of customer experience by helping brides find their gown and assisting your team to do so
  • Assist the Store Manager to help hire, train and manage team of stylists
  • Establish and track individual stylist goals + performance
  • Meet and exceed monthly shop sales goal
  • Be an expert on all Lovely Bride product in your shop
  • Execute Lovely Bride merchandising best practices
  • Assist in managing all customer issues with brides and the vendors in tune with Lovely Bride best practices
  • Sales Event scheduling and management
  • Become a systems expert in our appointment and order software to assist others in completing sales
  • Become a social media marketing guru using Lovely Bride’s best practices, or delegate to team members
  • Oversee operations, shipping and receiving
  • Organize and delegate to keep shop tidy and up to Lovely standards
  • Communicate your shop happenings with Store Owner via weekly and monthly reporting and meetings
  • Network with Industry contacts, brides and local creative to drive appointments to your Lovely Bride location
  • Be a mature, positive representation of our brand to team member, industry and clientele
  • Contribute to a warm, positive and inspiring company culture

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of high end retail store management experience
  • Ability to work a 45 hour week Wednesdays through Sundays
  • Bridal experience preferred
